01/04/2015 - 3D-Kameras zur Ersetzung des Rückspiegels von Fahrzeugen der Zukunft

Autos der Zukunft könnten Spiegel tragen, die von einem Konsortium entwickelt wurden, an dem das Oberster Rat für wissenschaftliche Forschung (CSIC). Die Forscher arbeiten daran, die derzeitigen seitlichen Spiegel durch einen Pleoptische Kammer 3D), außerhalb des Fahrzeugs gelegen, das ein dreidimensionales Bild auf einem Monitor abbildet, der sich im Inneren befindet.

 

Das Projekt wird als Plenartagung3D bezeichnet und ist Teil eines INNPAKTO-Projekts, das vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und vom Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) unterstützt wird.

Der Rückspiegel bietet Sicherheit im Fahren, weshalb Wissenschaftler dafür sorgen, dass jede Innovation in diesem Element den Automobilsektor revolutionieren wird. Ein Konsortium aus dem Institut für Optik, CSIC, dem Technologieinstitut für Optik und Farbe, und Bild; die Ficosa-Gruppe, Tedesys und GreenLight erforscht ein Pioniersystem in der Welt, nach Meinung der Forscher, das es ermöglichen wird, durch eine Plenarkammer (3D) ein dreidimensionales Bild der Umgebung zu erhalten.

 

Der Forscher des CSIC Gabriel Cristóbal vom Institut für Optik erklärt, dass "der Vorteil, den eine Plenarkammer gegenüber einer traditionellen Kammer bieten würde, darin besteht, dass die entwickelte Technologie durch die Verwendung einer einzigen Kammer zusätzliche Informationen über die tatsächlichen Entfernungen, zu denen sich die Objekte befinden, ermöglichen würde."

 

 

Künstliches Sehen

 

Die menschliche Vision ist binokular, d.h. es erfasst zwei verschiedene Bilder von einer Szene. Dann vergleicht das Gehirn sie und fusioniert, um Informationen über die Tiefe der Umgebung zu liefern. Diese Information verliert die Genauigkeit, wenn die nahen Objekte in einem konventionellen Rückspiegel reflektiert werden.

 

Um die Bildqualität zu verbessern, die der Fahrer wahrnimmt, entwickeln Forscher eine Kamera, die die dreidimensionale Umgebung durch künstliche Visionstechnologie neu aufbauen. Diese Kamera hat eine bestimmte Anzahl von winzigen Linsen, die so eine Vielzahl von Bildern in verschiedenen Winkeln und Positionen aufnehmen, der Effekt ist ähnlich wie in den Augen einer Fliege. Die Summe aller Bilder wird ein einziges dreidimensionales Bild liefern, das es ermöglicht, die Szene aus bestimmten Perspektiven zu betrachten, ohne besondere Brille zu tragen.

 

Darüber hinaus wird dieses System Echtzeit-Informationen auf dem Monitor wie die genaue Situation anderer Fahrzeuge oder Fußgänger liefern, die Entfernung berechnen, in der sich alle Objekte in der Nähe des Autos befinden, um u. a. Parkmanöver zu erleichtern. Dies wird nach Ansicht der Wissenschaftler ein effizientes Fahrhilfeinstrument werden.
