La Nationale Vereinigung der Hersteller und Investoren von erneuerbaren Energien (Anpier) hat darauf hingewiesen, dass das Ministerium für Industrie, Energie und Tourismus "baraja" die Möglichkeit, die königliche Gesetzesverordnung 14/2010, die die Prämien für Photovoltaikanlagen verkürzte und sogar die Besteuerung von 19% Die Regierung bereitet diese Technologie vor.

 

Dies könnte eine Anpassung von 1 350 Mio. ECU durch die vorzeitige Abschaffung der königliche Gesetzesverordnung 14/2010.

 

Diese Aussagen wurden vom Präsidenten von Anpier, Martínez-Aroca, am Ende des "technischen" Treffens in der Industrie mit mehreren Abteilungen und mit "der Person, die die Formulierung der Norm, die die Photovoltaik regulieren wird" gemacht.

 

Martínez-Aroca wies darauf hin, dass Industrie "mehrere Möglichkeiten" habe und dass "eine von ihnen die Aufhebung der früheren Regelung" sein könne, die der Königlichen Gesetzesverordnung 14/2010, obwohl sie "nicht sicher" sei und "nichts bestätigt worden sei."

 

 

Königlicher Erlass 14/2010

 

Im Jahr 2011, dem ersten Jahr der Anwendung des Königlichen Gesetzes 14/2010, wurden die Fotovoltaikn um 750 Mio. EUR gekürzt, und 2012 könnten sie unter einem ähnlichen Rückgang leiden, und 2013 könnten sie "500 oder 600 Mio." leiden. Die Aufhebung der Regel würde somit eine Mindestvergütung von bis zu 1 350 Millionen vermeiden.

 

Der Sektor hält die Möglichkeit für nicht durchführbar, dass Photovoltaik die Auswirkungen der königlichen Gesetzesverordnung 14/2010 und auch die Auswirkungen der neuen Steuer von 19% auffangen. Martínez-Aroca erklärte: "Wir sollen ruhig sein, dass die Photovoltaik richtig behandelt wird und dass es keine Strafe für ihre Produzenten geben wird, die sie von anderen Produzenten ablenken."
