25/10/2011 - Ciuden und CSIC fordern ein europäisches Patent für CO2-Injektionen

Die Stiftung "Energiestadt" hat als Mitinhaber beim CSIC (Institut für Umweltdiagnose und Wasserforschung, IDAEA) ein europäisches Patent für CO2-Injektionen mit dem Titel "Methode und System zur Speicherung löslicher Gase in durchlässigen geologischen Formationen" beantragt.Diese Arbeit ist das Ergebnis von theoretischen, experimentellen und damit verbundenen Modellstudien, die in den letzten drei Jahren durchgeführt wurden. Der CSIC ist Mitinhaber dieses Patents im Rahmen der Rahmenvereinbarung dieser beiden Organisationen.

 

Die zuvor aus dem Grundwasser entnommene Injektion von gelöstem CO2 in Salzwasser verringert den Druck auf das Siegelgestein deutlich. Darüber hinaus wandern die Mischung aus CO2 und Salzwasser in den Boden des Grundwassers, wodurch die Bedeutung des Dichtungsfelsens abnimmt.

 

 

Zusammenarbeit mit Frankreich

 

Ciuden ist seit heute Vormittag Gastgeberin des zweiten Hispano-Französischen Kolloquiums für geologische Speicherung von CO2, das bis Mittwoch in Ponferrada stattfindet, das gemeinsam mit dem BRGM, dem französischen öffentlichen Referenzinstitut für Erdwissenschaften, organisiert wurde und zu dem 140 Personen registriert sind, unter Berichterstattern und Eingeschriebenen.

 

Im Anschluss an das erste Kolloquium 2010 in Pau (Frankreich) soll dieses Treffen die spanischen und französischen Parteien zusammenbringen, um Informationen über den Fortschritt ihrer jeweiligen Projekte auszutauschen und bilaterale Partnerschaften vorzuschlagen.

 

Am 26. Oktober wird er sich einem Monographen über die Technologieentwicklung für die biologische Speicherung von CO2 in Hontomin (Burgos) in einer tiefen Salzwasserbildung widmen und auf die technologische Entwicklung bei der Überwachung setzen.

 

Dies soll der weltweit am besten instrumentalisierte Plan für technologische Entwicklung sein und soll 2013 in Betrieb gehen.

 

In Spanien fördert Ciuden die technologische Entwicklung in den Bereichen Abscheidung, Transport und geologische Speicherung von CO2 durch die Einrichtung von zwei Forschungseinrichtungen.

 

Das derzeit in Betrieb befindliche Zentrum für die Entwicklung von Technologien zur CO2-Abscheidung in Sil-Hubs und die Versuchsanlage zur geologischen Speicherung von CO2 in Hontomin (Burgos), die 2013 voll funktionsfähig sein wird, wie die Stiftung sagt.
