Ingenieure arbeitet am Plug & Play F & E-Projekt, um die virtuelle Simulation einer Robotik-Schweißanlage zu erreichen. Dies ermöglicht die Analyse aller Bewegungen, Betriebszeiten und Kommunikationen zwischen den verschiedenen Einrichtungen, die die Anlage bilden. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Effizienz bei der Einführung von Robotersystemen zu verbessern.

 

Diese virtuelle Robotersimulation integriert die Arbeit von vier Modulen (Robotik, Werkzeug, Umgebung und SPS - Programmable Logic Controller) und löst Probleme, die sich aus der Zusammenführung dieser Module in der Montagephase und nicht früher ergeben. Das Projekt Plug & Play zielt darauf ab, dass alle erforderlichen Änderungen in Phasen vor der Montage in der Produktionsanlage vorgenommen werden können, auch vor der Herstellung, indem Verluste auf Produktivitäts- und Ressourcenniveau reduziert werden. Diese Virtualisierung des Prozesses reduziert die Kosten für Änderungen, da sie dem 'Off-tool'-Status vorausgehen. Das 'Off-tool'-Konditionskonzept bedeutet, dass Werkzeuge, Roboter und andere Elemente der Umgebung für die Endinstallation bereit sind. Jede nach diesem Punkt eingetretene Störung setzt voraus, dass die betreffenden Elemente zur Änderung an ihren Ursprungshersteller zurückgeschickt werden, oder dass das Personal zu ihrer Änderung umgesiedelt wird.

 

Dieses Projekt Plug & Play hat das Technologiezentrum Kataloniens Eurecat als Partner und wurde durch die NUCLIS-Aufforderung mit EFRE-Mitteln 2016 finanziert.
