Auf diese Weise und unter der Federführung dieser Mediationsstelle können die qualifizierten Industrietechniker, die dies belegen, als unabhängige dritte Partei in Streitigkeiten in den Bereichen Industrie, Dienstleistung, Handel, Eigentum, Sicherheit und Versicherung eingreifen, um sie schneller und effizienter zu lösen und zu verhindern, dass sie vor Gericht treten.
Die Veranstaltung, an der Antonio Gastaldi, autonomer Justizminister, José Antonio Galdon, Präsident des COGITI und Pedro Luis Viguer, Dekan der Richter von Valencia, teilgenommen hat, hat dazu beigetragen, diese neue Institution vorzustellen, die sich als ein alternatives System zu den Gerichtsverfahren nennt, die, wie der Vorsitzende der Industrietechniker sagte, "einen Dienst an der Gesellschaft" darstellt, weil sie den Friedenscharakter der beiden Teile des Konflikts hat.
José Antonio Galdón hat seinerseits betont, dass diese Veränderung der Mentalität zugunsten der Mediation nicht nur dazu beiträgt, die betroffenen Parteien zu befriedigen, sondern auch dazu beiträgt, dass die Effizienz der Justiz verbessert und die Prozesskosten gesenkt werden, da Konflikte im Allgemeinen in kürzerer Zeit gelöst werden und sowohl den Beteiligten als auch der Verwaltung weniger Kosten entstehen.
Pedro Luis Viguer, Dekan der Richter von Valencia, hat seinerseits darauf hingewiesen, dass das derzeitige Modell, das auf Konfliktbereitschaft beruht, die Solidarität und Verantwortung gefördert wird, und dem COITIG für seine Initiative bei der Einrichtung der Mediation für Ingenieure gedankt wurde.
Nach der Vorstellung der Institution, die im Veranstaltungssaal des Kollegiums stattfand, haben José Luis Jorrín, der Dekan des COITIG, und die übrigen Berichterstatter die Diplome des I. Mediatorkurses verteilt und die Absolventen für die Ausübung dieser Tätigkeit akkreditiert.
