
Das Finale von Global Management Challenge findet am kommenden Montag, dem 14. März 2016 in der spanischen Handelskammer statt, und die acht Finalisten werden um den Preis konkurrieren, der sie vom 18. bis 20. April 2016 in Macau zum internationalen Finale bringen wird.
Die Teams werden mit einem virtuellen Unternehmen konkurrieren, das zum Erfolg führen und den Markt, auf dem sie tätig sind, führen und ihr Talent während des ganzen Tages zeigen muss. Der Name des Siegerteams wird am 16. März während der Abschlusszeremonie auch am Sitz der Handelskammer bekannt sein, in der die verschiedenen virtuellen Unternehmen vorgestellt werden.
Der Wettbewerb bringt junge Menschen in das reale Unternehmensumfeld, indem sie den Erwerb von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen fördern, wie z.B. die Lösung von Problemen aus der Unternehmensführung, die Entscheidungsfindung, die Verwaltung von Excel-Datenbanken und -blättern und die allgemeine Vorstellung des Unternehmens.
La Universitäts-Unternehmens-Stiftung unterstützt diese Initiative als Teil ihres Engagements, die Studenten in die Wirtschaft zu bringen, sei es durch Betriebspraktika oder durch die tatsächliche Beteiligung an Projekten, wie dies bei dieser Gelegenheit der Fall ist.
Vor dem Finale mussten die Teilnehmer sehr hart arbeiten, um ihre Qualifikation zu erreichen, und zwar über eine erste Runde vor mehr als 426 Teams, die aus mehr als 1700 Fachleuten unter Hochschulstudenten, Unternehmern und Arbeitnehmern einiger der wichtigsten Unternehmen des Landes bestand.
Nach der ersten Phase wurden 64 Teams in der 2. Klasse Runde konfrontiert, die zu einem harten High-Level-Test wurde, in dem die Klassifizierungen erst in letzter Minute beschlossen wurden.
