
Aragonische Wissenschaftler Institut für Aragón-Materialwissenschaften (ICMA), CSIC und die Universität von Zaragoza, haben den weltweit ersten Ofen für die Herstellung von Keramik und Glas mit Lasertechnologie geschaffen und patentiert, der bei extremen Temperaturen die mit dieser Technologie behandelte Oberfläche der Keramik konstant abwischt.
Diese, die in der Technologieinstitut Aragonien (ITA), kann sehr kurzfristig in der Industrie eingesetzt werden und wird es ermöglichen, Produkte zu entwickeln, die weit höher sind als die aktuellen, bei Keramik und Glas, die widerstandsfähiger und billiger sind, und gleichzeitig erhebliche Energieeinsparungen und die Emission gefährlicher Gase und von Treibhausgasen zu erzielen.
Der Bau und die Inbetriebnahme eines industriellen Laserofens, der eine ergänzende Technologie ist und die derzeit verwendete nicht ersetzen wird, kann zwischen 400.000 € und 2 Millionen € betragen.
Kurzfristiger potenzieller Markt
Laut Xerman de la Fuente und Carlos Estepa, Forscher des Projekts, öffnet dieser Ofen "die Türen, die der Laser die Entwicklung von Materialien mit extremen Eigenschaften ermöglichen kann." Die Einführung dieser Erfindung in die Industrie kann kurzfristig erfolgen, da, wie Sie sagten, "wir seit Jahren in Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen arbeiten, die streng vertraulich sind, an nationalen und europäischen Projekten," um neue Produkte zu entwickeln.
Im Keramiksektor gibt es derzeit rund 15 000 Öfen, die diese Technologie nutzen können, und die Hälfte der weltweiten Keramikproduktion wird in China registriert, einem Land, in dem die Erfindung ebenfalls patentiert wurde. Das Potenzial des Glassektors ist aufgrund der Zahl der Anlagen, die weltweit produziert werden, etwa dreimal so hoch wie das der Keramik.
Finanzierung des Projekts
Das Patent der ICMA-Forscher wurde in Spanien, Europa, den USA und China registriert, wo die Hälfte der weltweiten Keramik hergestellt wird. Das ICMA ist eines der sechs Forschungsinstitute, die das CSIC in Aragón hat, beschäftigt etwa 143 Wissenschaftler.
