
Die weltweit erste Anlage, die Energie kombiniert Thermosolar und Biomasse, Termsolar Borges, installiert seine Stromerzeugungsturbine, und hofft, dass sie im nächsten Oktober ans Netz angeschlossen werden. Die Anlage wird den Dampf erzeugen, der erforderlich ist, um die Turbine durch die Wärme aus dem Solarfeld und den installierten Biomassekesseln zu versorgen.
Die Anlage befindet sich in der Gemeinde Les Borges Blanques (Lleida) und wird von den Gesellschaften Abantia und Comsa Emte mit einer Investition von 153 Millionen Euro gefördert und wird eine Energie in das Stromnetz gießen, die dem durchschnittlichen Verbrauch von 27.000 Haushalten entspricht.
Um die Nieder- und Niederdruckdampfturbine zu verlegen, wurden 12 LKW und ein selbst angetriebener mobiler Kran für den Strom- und Kondensator aus Deutschland und Österreich benötigt.
Tägliche Erzeugung von 24 Stunden
Termsolar Borges wird 24 Stunden am Tag laufen: während der Sonnenstunden wird die Solaranlage funktionieren, und in der Nacht wird das Biomassekraftwerk für die Stromerzeugung verantwortlich sein.
Der Bau begann im März 2011 und wird im Dezember 2011 in Betrieb gehen; die Baustelle schafft rund 350 Arbeitsplätze, die in der Betriebsphase zu 30 direkten und 50 indirekten Arbeitsplätzen werden.
Die Produktion von sauberer Energie wird zu Einsparungen bei der Erzeugung sauberer Energie führen. 24.500 Tonnen jährlich Kohlendioxid (CO2).
