
Eptisa hat mit der Umsetzung eines neuen Projekts begonnen, das von der EU in Mazedonien mit der Bezeichnung "Überwachung der Arbeiten zur Verbesserung der Zoll- und Inspektionsstellen am Grenzübergang Kjafasan" vergeben wurde.
Das spezifische Ziel dieses Vertrags ist die allgemeine Überwachung des Bauauftrags zur Erweiterung und Verbesserung der Anlagen durch Eptisa, die Aufgaben der Verwaltung und Verwaltung von Aufträgen während des Projekts erfüllt, um eine reibungslose und rechtzeitige Umsetzung sowie eine angemessene Überwachung und Kontrolle zu gewährleisten.
Eptisa unterstützt die Vertragspartei auch bei Verwaltungsaufgaben, einschließlich der Finanzplanung und der Erstellung vierteljährlicher Cashflow-Prognosen. Der Bauauftrag wird gemäß den PRAG-Regeln und -verfahren durchgeführt.
Die Bauarbeiten an der Straße am Grenzübergang Kjafasan sehen den Bau folgender Gebäude vor:
Zollterminal (8.000 m2 Asphaltfläche und 27.000 m3 Versorgung und Bau von Unter-Base-Terranen) zusammen mit Zugangswege
Einrichtungen der Zollabwicklung, zweistöckiges Gebäude mit einer Nettofläche von insgesamt 448 m2
Inspektionseinrichtungen mit Lager für beschlagnahmte Waren (geschlossenes Tor von 278 m2 + geöffnet 128 m2)
Hilfseinrichtungen (Versicherungsbüro, Bankfiliale, Straßenhilfsbüro, Café) und öffentliche Toiletten
Einbau des Kontrollpunkts zusammen mit dem Deckbereich der Wägungsbrücke 266 m2
Elektrische Anlagen, Thermo-, Wasser-, Abwasser- und Regenwasser im Innen- und Außenbereich
Abwasserbehandlungsanlage und Ölabscheider
Gepflasterte Plattform für die Platzierung von Büros von Spediteuren mit Badezimmern
Das Projekt, das von der Delegation der Europäischen Union finanziert und durchgeführt wird, hat einen Wert von 206.000 Euro und eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren und 3 Monaten. Durch dieses Projekt wurde Eptisa als zuverlässiger und qualitativ hochwertiger Dienstleister im Bereich der Bauaufsicht in diesem Land gestärkt.
