
Forscher der Polytechnische Universität Cartagena (UPCT) haben die Sonde 'Nautilus' entwickelt, ein Tauchprototyp, der den Zustand der Gewässer des Kleinen Meeres 24 Stunden am Tag überwachen soll, um das von der Generaldirektion Umwelt der Autonomen Gemeinschaft entwickelte Überwachungs- und Kontrollsystem zu stärken.
Die Sonde 'Nautilus' hat die Testphase bestanden und das Ziel ist jetzt, ein Netzwerk aus etwa zwanzig dieser U-Boot-Umweltüberwachung Knoten zu schaffen, die über verschiedene Punkte in der Lagune verteilt werden, um ihren Zustand automatisch und dauerhaft zu überwachen. Die Sonde wird mit Sensoren ausgestattet, um Chlorophyll, Trübung oder Salzgehalt zu messen.
Das von der Gemeinschaft ins Leben gerufene Projekt "Nautilus" des Tauchprototyps hat eine Investition von 15.000 Euro zur Folge und wurde von einem Expertenteam entwickelt, das sich aus Professoren der UPCT Technischen Hochschule für Industrieingenieurwesen und wissenschaftlichen und technologischen Spezialisten zusammensetzt.
“Die Sonde ist mit einem System ausgestattet, mit dem Sie sich selbst eintauchen und auf die Oberfläche steigen und die aufgezeichneten Daten an einen Webserver senden können." erklärt der Forscher Roque Torres.
"Außerdem können die Messparameter durch die WLAN-Verbindung entfernt und nicht aus dem Wasser genommen werden," fügt er hinzu. Während der Feldversuche, die in den letzten Monaten durchgeführt wurden, wurden die Daten an Server gesendet, die im Besitz der UPCT-Spin-Off-Server sind Widhoc, die ihre Web-Plattform übergab.
