Das Konzept der Energieturm mit absteigendem Schuss Es ist nicht neu, es wurde bereits in den 1980er Jahren von der US-Erfinder Phillip Carlson entwickelt und wurde später von Forschern wie dem israelischen Technologieinstitut 's Dan Zaslavsky und Guetta Rami entwickelt.

 

Es handelt sich um einen riesigen Hohlzylinder von neunhundert Metern Höhe, der durch die vorgeschlagenen Abmessungen die Fähigkeit hätte, bis zu 2.500 Megawatt/Stunde zu erzeugen, und in San Luis (Arizona), direkt an der Grenze Mexiko-USA, bereiten sie sich darauf vor, das Projekt zum Leben zu erwecken.

 

 

Arbeitsweise

 

Die Funktionsweise des sogenannten Energieturms oder Downdraft Tower ist ziemlich einfach, das Wesentliche ist, dass diese Struktur hohl und von einer beträchtlichen Höhe ist, und in einem warmen und trockenen Klima gelegen.

 

Für seinen Betrieb ist es notwendig, mit Wasser zu sprühen Heißluft von der Oberseite des Turms, wird dichter und "schwer" und erzeugt so einen absteigenden Wind, der die Windturbinen an der Basis des Turms gelegen, verantwortlich für die Stromerzeugung. Das ursprüngliche Konzept sah vor, daß dieser Turm etwa 1 000 Meter hoch und 400 Meter breit sein sollte, die in Arizona gebaut werden sollen, noch nicht gesagt worden ist, wie groß sie sein werden, aber sie werden sicherlich mehr als 100 Meter hoch sein.

 

Die Effizienz des Projekts und seine Erzeugungskapazität erhöhen sich je größer der Temperaturunterschied zwischen Wasser und Luft, weshalb es in einer warmen Region gelegen sein muss, da die Lage von San Luis (Arizona) auch wegen seiner geringen jährlichen Niederschlagsmenge perfekt ist, da dies auch die optimalen Bedingungen für die Erzeugung beeinträchtigen würde.

 

Der Turm wird auch Dutzende Eingänge an den Seiten des Zylinders haben, um auch die Winde zu erfassen, die in der Region vorherrschen, um sie in die Turbinen am unteren Ende zu kanalisieren und eine zusätzliche "Generation" zu dem eigenen Betriebsprinzip beizutragen.

 

Der Turm wird von der Firma gebaut werden Clean Wind Energi Inc.Das Projekt wird schätzungsweise bis zu 2.500 Megawatt pro Stunde produzieren, von denen fast 1.000 für den Selbstverbrauch bestimmt wären, um sein gesamtes System in Betrieb zu halten, und etwa 1.500 MWh in das Stromnetz gelangen könnten.

 

Die meisten Arbeiten an dieser Technologie wurden von Forschern der Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, darunter Dr. Ramu Guetta und Professor Dan Zaslavsky, treibendes Gehirn dieses Projekts für San Luis (Arizona).
