
Ein neues Projekt "district heating" Für die Stadt León wurde aus 190 Vorschlägen aus ganz Spanien ausgewählt und wird am Dienstag im Ministerium für Landwirtschaft, Ernährung und Umwelt im Rahmen der Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen vorgelegt werden. Klima 2013.
Das Unternehmen District Heating, in Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinde Löwe, ein Wärmenetz mit Wärmebiomasse zu errichten, das Wärme an die 7.600 Wohnungen in den Stadtteilen San Claudio und Polygon X.
Ein wesentliches Merkmal des Projekts ist der Einsatz einheimischer Brennstoffe, da die Zentralheizungen neben den forstwirtschaftlichen Ressourcen auch die Reste der städtischen Parks nutzen, wodurch städtische Abfälle reduziert werden.

Bezirkswärme
Das Wasser wird im Kraftwerk mit einheimischer Biomasse als Brennstoff erhitzt, und das Wärmenetz (oder "Distriktwärme") muss über ein Kraftwerk verfügen, in dem Wasser und ein Netz von Leitungen (hin- und zurück) unter der öffentlichen Straße erhitzt werden, das die ACS- und Heizungswohnungen versorgen wird.
Die Stadtteile San Claudio und Polygon X wurden ausgewählt, weil sie Gebäude von einem gewissen Alter und einer gewissen Verschlechterung aufweisen, relativ eingeengt sind und Zentralheizungsanlagen in Gebäuden haben, vor allem Diesel und Kohle, die sehr schadstoffreiche Energiequellen sind, die im Falle von Diesel bis zu 25% mehr Ausgaben verursachen.
Der Gesamtumfang des Projekts umfasst 130 Wohngebäude und 37 andere Gebäude, was insgesamt 7.600 Wohnungen entspricht, und diese Initiative dürfte in den ersten vier Jahren einen jährlichen durchschnittlichen Rückgang von 10 600 Tonnen Kohlendioxid erreichen.
Dieses Projekt wird vom Bürgermeister von León, Emilio Gutiérrez, dem MAGRAMA vorgelegt.
