Forscher der Universitat Politique deValència und das Unternehmen Marken Durchstechflaschen S.A. haben ein neues Produkt entwickelt, um die Sicherheit in Unfallkonzentrationsstufen. Auf dem Boden angebracht, würden die Materialien, aus denen es hergestellt wird, erlauben, Erhöhung der Haftfähigkeit von Fahrzeugen bis zu dem Doppelten, was die geltenden Rechtsvorschriften verlangen.

 

Für die Entwicklung dieses Produkts analysierten die Forscher eine Vielzahl von Materialien miteinander, zum Beispiel: Klebstoffe (Merzharze und Epoxidharze), die eine korrekte Verbindung zwischen Materialien in der Mischung selbst und auf der bestehenden Lauffläche gewährleisten; Schmelzen, die Frost vermeiden; Zement; Recyclingglas und verschiedene Arten von Granulaten, die den Körper der Dosierungen bilden und die Beschaffenheit des neuen Produkts erzeugen.

Das Endprodukt ist ein Methacryl-Verbindung oder Epoxid, das Erze mit hohem Beschleuniger-Pulment-Koeffizient wie Bauxit enthält. Darüber hinaus umfasst sie auch recycelte Materialien wie Glas.

 

Julia Real erklärt zu ihrer Haftfähigkeit, dass nach den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften der Querreißwert, der mit Reibpendel erzielt wird, nach dem Polieren höher sein müsse als 44. "Bei diesen Produkten werden ungefähre Koeffizienten zwischen 60 und 80 ermittelt, so dass die Haftung 1,5- oder 2-mal so hoch ist wie nach den Vorschriften vorgeschrieben," betont die Forscherin der UPV.

 

Nach den Tests in den Labors des Unternehmens Durchstechflaschen-Marken S.A. das neue Produkt wird versuchsweise in einem der Zugänge zum Stadtzentrum des alicantina Dorfes Sant Vicent del Raspeig bewertet.

 

Das Projekt wurde vom Zentrum für industrielle technologische Entwicklung (CDTI) des Ministeriums für Wirtschaft und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
