
Simo, der erste Einkaufspark mit Windkraftanlagen Gamesa 4.5 MW, wurde in Finnland in Betrieb genommen, wo das Unternehmen vier G128-4.5 MW für TuuliWatti installiert hat.
Diese Windkraftanlagen waren speziell für niedrige Temperaturen konfiguriert und sind die bisher größten in Finnland installierten.
Dieses 18 MW-Projekt ist Teil der Rahmenvereinbarung, die Gamesa Ende 2012 mit TuuliWatti über die Lieferung von 135 MW getroffen hat. 123 MW wurden bereits in Festbestellungen eingesetzt: zusätzlich zu Simo, 54 MW und 36 MW auch mit Windkraftanlagen von 4.5 MW in den Parks von Pori und Tornio und 15 MW mit Turbinen von 5 MW in Salo. Das Unternehmen hat Ende letzten Jahres mit demselben Kunden eine zweite Rahmenvereinbarung von 285 MW für die Installation von 5 MW Turbinen in verschiedenen Parks unterzeichnet.
