
Clean Sky ist ein europäisches Forschungsprogramm Verringerung des CO2-Fußabdrucks der gewerblichen Luftfahrt Entwicklung neuer Technologien. Im Rahmen des Programms werden verschiedene Initiativen dieser Art in einem Modell der privaten öffentlichen Zusammenarbeit durchgeführt, wie z.B. das, das gerade vergeben wurde. Ingenieure Das Projekt NOGAP, das die Entwicklung von einem Flügel, der im Laminarfluss fliegen kann um den Widerstand der Flügel um 25 Prozent gegenüber den aktuellen Modellen zu verringern, was eine Senkung des Kraftstoffverbrauchs und des CO2-Fußabdrucks um bis zu 10 Prozent bedeuten würde. Das Problem der heutigen Technologie ist, dass der aerodynamische Sprung, der bei der Integration der Flügelkomponenten auftritt, den Fluss des Flügels grundlegend turbulent macht.
SFWA (Smart Fixed Wing Aircraft) ist der technische Bereich, der von Airbus und SAAB geleitet wird und mehr als 35 Unternehmen in einem Konsortium zusammenbringt und für die Entwicklung dieser Schlüsseltechnologie im Rahmen von Clean Sky zuständig ist. Ihr Hauptziel ist es, einen Flügel zu erreichen, in dem der aerodynamische Sprung in die Integration ihrer verschiedenen Komponenten so gering wie möglich ist und den Laminarfluss gewährleistet.
CT Ingenieure haben sich als Gewinner für die Durchführung der Prototyp für automatische Versiegelung des Laminar-Flusses. Auf der Grundlage seiner Erfahrung mit der Automatisierung der Autoversiegelung entwickelt das spanische Unternehmen ein automatisches Versiegelungssystem, das dank der Integration der künstlichen Sicht und des Laserscans zusammen mit einem innovativen, variablen Spritzsystem die Fertigstellung der aktuellen exponentiell aerodynamischen Versiegelung erhöhen und so die "Intelligenter Flügel" (smart wing) Schlüssel im Programm.
Der von der Firma entwickelte Dichtungs-Prototyp wird an Airbus-UK für einen festen Bestandteil in der Installation von Komponenten des tatsächlichen Flugprüfgeräts BLADE (Breaktrough the Laminar Aircraft Demonstrator in Europe).
