12/07/2011 - Frankreich stellt 3 Gigawatt Windkraft auf See zur Ausschreibung

Die französische Regierung hat heute eine erste Ausschreibung für die Installation von Offshore-Windanlagen mit einer Gesamtleistung von 3 Gigawatt durchgeführt, die dem Verbrauch von 1,75 Prozent der Bevölkerung entspricht und deren Frist im Januar nächsten Jahres endet.

 

Es handelt sich um den ersten Teil eines Energieprogramms, das den Bau einer Offshore-Windkraftkapazität von 6 Gigawatt bis 2020 vorsieht, was etwa 1.200 Windmühlen entspricht und nach einer Mitteilung der Ministerien für Ökologie und Industrie dazu beitragen wird, 3,5 Prozent des Stromverbrauchs zu decken.

 

Die Konzession wird im April 2012 vergeben und wird auf drei Kriterien beruhen: dem Ankaufspreis für die vorgeschlagene Energie, der Qualität des Industrie- und Sozialprojekts und dem Umweltschutz.

 

Industrieminister Eric Besson betonte heute, dass dieser Wettbewerb eine Investition von 10 Mrd. EUR und die Schaffung von mehr als 10.000 Arbeitsplätzen beinhaltet.

 

Das Ziel, so der Vertreter der Gallier, besteht darin, eine neue französische Industrie-Tochter zu gründen, die Märkte in Europa und in der Welt schaffen kann, "wo in den nächsten Jahren mehr als 40.000 Megawatt installiert werden sollen."

 

Bei dieser ersten Ausschreibung, deren Parks ab 2015 aufstehen werden, wurden fünf Standorte für die Standorte der Mühlen ausgewählt. Saint Brieuc, Courseulles sur Mer, Fécamp, Le Tréport, Saint Nazaire, alle an der atlantischen Fassade des Landes.

 

Die französisch-belgische Energiegruppe GDF Suez hat letzte Woche angekündigt, dass sie sich für den Wettbewerb von 1.750 Megawatt in drei der fünf ermittelten Küstengebiete als Kandidat, Verbündeter der Baufirma Vinci und Areva als Atomunternehmen, das Windtürme herstellt, meldet.

 

Die beiden beteiligten Ministerien erinnerten daran, dass Europa den größten Teil der weltweit installierten Offshore-Windkraftkapazität besitzt und dass die wichtigsten neuen Offshore-W Windparks in Großbritannien, Dänemark, Deutschland und Belgien installiert wurden.
