La Fusionsenergie, die von Sternen benutzt wird, um aktiv zu bleiben und eine der großen Herausforderungen der Wissenschaft darstellt. Dieses Modell in unsere Energieerzeugungssysteme zu übertragen, würde eine unerschöpfliche, sichere und saubere Energiequelle bedeuten.

 

Forscher arbeiten daran, einen Reaktor herzustellen, der den Plasma bei sehr hohen Temperaturen, unbedingt notwendig, um den Prozess zu betreiben.

 

 

Ein weiterer Schritt zur kalten Fusion

 

Im Grunde genommen besteht der Fusionsprozess darin, die Kernenergie umzudrehen und Wasserstoffpartikel zu verbinden, anstatt sie zu teilen, bis sie zu Helium werden, bei höllischen Temperaturen von 150 Millionen Grad.

 

Nun hat ein Team von der Universität Tennessee in Knoxville (USA) einen weiteren Schritt unternommen, um diese Schwierigkeit zu lösen. Sie haben erfolgreich eine Technologie getestet, die in der Lage ist, die 1000 Tonnen des zentralen Solenoids zu isolieren, ein Gerät, das eine einheitliche Magnetfeldzone schaffen kann, um das Innere bei 100 Millionen Grad zu halten.

 

Ein Fusionsreaktor nutzt Magnetfelder Um das Plasma in sich einzugrenzen, ist das zentrale Solenoid, das Gerät, das dieses Magnetfeld erzeugt, das aus mehreren riesigen Rollen besteht, die aufeinander gestapelt sind, für die Aktivierung und Steuerung des Plasmastroms unerlässlich.

 

Die Forscher haben eineGlasfaser und chemische Mischung aus flüssigem Epoxid bei hohen Temperaturen und dauert, wenn es behandelt wird, um das Solenoid zu schaffen. Diese Technologie hat vier Jahre Arbeit gekostet.

 

 

2020. ITER-Projekt

 

Das Team der Universität von Tennessee ist Teil des ITER-Projekts, eines Versuchsreaktors der Europäischen Union, der USA und fünf weitere Länder, die derzeit in Cadarache (Frankreich) gebaut werden.

 

Das ITER-Projekt wird 15 Milliarden Euro kosten, und seine Verantwortlichen erwarten, dass die große Infrastruktur bis 2020 in Betrieb genommen wird und dass die Fusionsenergie bis 2040 massiv sein wird. Seine Unterstützer behaupten, dass es sich lohnt, in diese saubere Energie zu investieren, die kaum Risiken birgt, reichlich ist und Millionen von Jahren dauern kann.

 

Fusionsenergie ist sicherer und effizienter als Kernspaltungsenergie, das Ziel besteht darin, das Modell wettbewerbsfähig für die Energieerzeugung zu nutzen, da es bisher nur experimentell, teuer und in geringen Mengen erreicht wurde.
