Gamesa hat ein Pioniersystem gestartet, um die Bildung von Eis in den Schaufeln der Windkraftanlagen zu verhindern. Diese Lösung, genannt Bladeshield, besteht aus einer "Farbe" Antiterror, die nicht nur die Bildung von Eis verhindert, sondern auch die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen die Erosion der Farbe stärkt, anstatt sie wie bei anderen solchen Lösungen zu verringern.

 

Das Bladeshield-System ist das Ergebnis der Entwicklung eines innovativen Verfahrens zur Herstellung der Mischung, da sich der Zusatzstoff auf dem optimalen Dispergiermittel auflöst und dann auf der Grundlage der Farbe eine homogene Endlösung erhält, die die Konzentration der Erosionsbeständigkeit und Haltbarkeit der Farbe.

 

Die Lösung wurde im Rahmen des Azimut-Projekts zur Entwicklung der Meereswindtechnologie entwickelt, das von der Zentrum für industrielle technologische Entwicklung (CDTI) Insbesondere ist dieses System das Ergebnis von drei Jahren der Erforschung neuer Rohstoffe für den Windsektor und der Anwendung von Nanomaterialien bei der Entwicklung von Beschichtungen.

 

Bladeshield, die erste Anti-Gamesa-Lösung, soll den wachsenden Bedarf an Systemen decken, die die Leistungsfähigkeit der Windkraftanlagen und ihre Verfügbarkeit in Parks in kalten Bereichen optimieren.

 

Dieses neue System kann auf seinen Plattformen 2.0 MW-2.5 MW und 5.0 MW onshore und Offshore sowie auf den Produkten anderer Hersteller implementiert werden.

 

 

Besondere Anwendung in kalten Bereichen

 

Zusätzlich zu dieser Lösung hat das Unternehmen vor kurzem zwei Systeme zur Eisentsorgung und -aufspürung in Schaufeln vorgestellt, die speziell für Turbinen der Gamesa 2.0-2.5 MW-Plattform entwickelt wurden. Das Produktportfolio Gamesa verfügt über spezielle Konfigurationen von Turbinen, die an Standorte unter extremen Bedingungen angepasst sind, darunter auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen. In dieser Richtung entwickelt das Unternehmen auch ein weiteres Eisschutzsystem für Schaufeln in Zusammenarbeit mit dem finnischen Technologe VTT für Windkraftanlagen der Gamesa 5.0 MW Plattform.

 

Windprojekte in Gebieten mit niedrigen Temperaturen werden immer häufiger entwickelt. Nach Angaben der EWEA werden 2017 zwischen 45 und 50 GW Windkraft in kalten Klimagebieten installiert sein, was 72% mehr als 2012 ist. In diesem Zusammenhang ist Gamesa in Nordeuropa präsent, insbesondere in Finnland, wo sie mit Tuuliwatti eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit 285 MW und einer mit 135 MW unterzeichnet hat, und in Schweden, wo sie vier Windkraftanlagen G114-2.0 MW für Eulus Vind zur Verfügung stellt. Neben Märkten wie Kanada oder China.
