Die Europäische Investitionsbank (BEI) und die Internationale Agentur für erneuerbare Energien (IRENA Sie haben eine gemeinsame Studie mit dem Ziel ins Leben gerufen, die Fähigkeit der südlichen Mittelmeerregion zu bewerten, ausländische Investitionen für die Entwicklung der lokalen Erneuerbare-Energien-Industrie anzuziehen.

 

Die gemeinsame Studie der Europäischen Investitionsbank (EIB) und der Internationale Agentur für erneuerbare Energien (IRENA) Suchen Förderung der Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien im Mittelmeerraum. Das Ziel der Zusammenarbeit ist insbesondere gemeinsam die Fähigkeit der Region zu bewerten, ausländische Investitionen für die Entwicklung der lokalen Erneuerbare-Energien-Industrien anzuziehen. Nach Angaben der EIB werden die Ergebnisse der gemeinsamen Studie bis Ende 2013 erwartet. In der Studie werden die Lieferketten für die Herstellung erneuerbarer Energien in der Region analysiert und detailliert beschrieben. die für jedes Land ermittelten Lücken, um die Kapazität zur Herstellung erneuerbarer Energien zu entwickeln, und die Möglichkeit, Empfehlungen an die internationalen Finanzinstitutionen zur Förderung der Entwicklung des verarbeitenden Gewerbes für erneuerbare Energien im Mittelmeerraum zu geben.

 

Die EIB betonte, dass neue Technologien, einschließlich erneuerbarer Energien, das Potenzial haben, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern und die dringend benötigten Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Mittelmeerraum zu schaffen. Die Herstellung erneuerbarer Energien könnte dazu beitragen, die lokalen Volkswirtschaften zu verändern und gleichzeitig ihre künftige Nachhaltigkeit zu gewährleisten.
