
Industrielle Ingenieure, Wirtschaftstechniker und Führungskräfte von Konten, sind die am häufigsten von spanischen Unternehmen verklagten Profis, nach einer Studie von EAE Business School, der spanischen Vereinigung der Direktoren für Humanressourcen, Human Age Institute und CEOE durchgeführt.
Diese Studie, "Untersuchung von Berufsprofilen und Kompetenzen am meisten Nachfragen im Unternehmen (2015))" weist darauf hin, daß die in den nächsten zwei oder drei Jahren am meisten behaupteten Positionen in der Handelsfamilie (28,8 %), Technologie (20,3 %), Ingenieurwesen (17,09 %) und Marketing (13,3 %) sind.
Er weist ferner darauf hin, dass es am schwierigsten sei, in der Gegenwart die Aufgaben eines Big Data-Experten ("Big Data") und des Leiters der Schlüsselkonten für ein Unternehmen ("Senior Key Account Manager") zu erfüllen.
Der Bericht unterstreicht auch das wachsende Interesse der Unternehmen an Stellen wie Computeringenieur, Digitaler Handel, Informationssystemspezialist, elektronischer Geschäftsverkehr, Entwickler und Web-Programmierer. In Bezug auf die bei den Bewerbern am meisten geschätzten beruflichen Kompetenzen betont er die Bedeutung des Engagements, der Initiative und der Proaktivität, gefolgt von Sprachen, Sprachkenntnissen und Ergebnisorientierung.
In der Studie wird auch darauf hingewiesen, dass die wenigen Kompetenzen derzeit Sprachkenntnisse, Resilienz und strategische Vision sind und dass Positionen, die gegenüber 2014 am stärksten abgenommen haben, ein Spezialist für digitale Marketing, Unternehmensberater, Projektingenieur oder Geschäftsführer sind.
