23/10/2013 - Ingenieure der UR werden im MotoStudent Wettbewerb konkurrieren

Eine Gruppe von zehn Studenten und zwei Lehrern aus der Ingenieurschule an der Universität La Rioja Sie werden einen Motorrad-Prototyp entwickeln, mit dem sie bei einem internationalen Universitätswettbewerb konkurrieren wollen.

Um das Projekt durchzuführen, haben sie eine Suchkampagne für Unterstützung gestartet, die es ihnen ermöglicht, am internationalen MotoStudent-Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, bei dem Motorräder von Studenten entwickelt und hergestellt werden.

UniRioja-MotoStudent, das Team von Studenten und Professoren der UR, hat bereits Unterstützung von Matricerías LAM, Standard Profil, dem offiziellen College der Industrieingenieure von Aragon und La Rioja, Daniel Mateos, Motos Vidal, Uniriver, CampTechnologische, IES Cosme Garcia und der Universität von La Rioja gesammelt.

Das finanzielle Ziel, das sie zu erreichen beabsichtigen, beläuft sich auf 10.000 Euro, um die Entwicklung des Prototyps und die Kosten der Registrierung in der MotoStudent-Certam zu decken, die im Oktober 2014 in der Stadt des Motors von Aragón stattfinden wird und in der etwa 30 spanische, brasilianische, italienische, portugiesische und kolumbianische Universitätsteams konkurrieren werden.
 


Design, Innovations- und PLANUNGSKAPAZITÄT.

 

Das Ziel des Wettbewerbs besteht darin, einen Prototypen eines 250cc 4T Rennmotorrads aus einem Motor, Gabel und Felgen zu entwickeln, die von der Organisation bereitgestellt werden, deren Serienfertigung praktikabel ist. In diesem Zusammenhang bewertet die Jury sowohl die Gestaltung als auch die Innovationsfähigkeit des Prototyps, die jährliche Planung und die Produktionskosten.

Das UniRioja-MotoStudent-Team - von dem einige Komponenten mit der Erfahrung mit der Konstruktion des Elektroauto-Prototypen ZEMIC verbunden sind - baut sein Projekt auf einem Prozess der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung des ursprünglichen Prototyps auf und erreicht das optimale Endmodell, das den Wettbewerbsbedingungen am besten entspricht.

In diesem Sinne setzt er auf fortschrittliche und innovative Technologie mit der Entwicklung von Energie-Recovery-Systemen KERS; Einhüllen-Chassis aus leichten Legierungen, Gewichts- und Steifigkeitsoptimierung und hochleistungsfähigen Materialien wie Kohlenstofffaser; Echtzeit-Telemetrie mit mobilen Geräten, die die verschiedenen Parameter der Motorraddynamik berichten; und kontinuierliche Forschung.

Im Falle des Motors liefert der Betrieb allen Teilnehmern ein Exemplar mit den gleichen Eigenschaften - ein französischer Herstellerserco von 250cc 4T mit einer maximalen Leistung von 40 cv. -, das zur Vermeidung seiner Handhabung versiegelt ist. UniRioja MotoStudent wird jedoch die Verbesserung seiner Leistung durch Verbesserung seiner Auspuffleitungen, Einlasssysteme und Zündzeiten anstreben.
 


KOOPERATIONEN IN EINEM "ÖFFNUNGSPROJEKTE"

 

Matriceria LAM ist eines der Unternehmen, das UniRioja-MotoStudent unterstützt und wird bei der Herstellung des Prototypgehäuses mithelfen, indem es seine Maschinen zur Verfügung stellt: CNC-Bearbeitungszentren, Fräsmaschinen, Schleifmaschinen, Drahtschneidmaschinen (Elektroerosion), Drehmaschinen, Pressen usw.

Das multinationale Unternehmen im Sektor Automotive Standard Profile wird einen Teil des für die Realisierung des Prototyps erforderlichen Kapitals sowie die für die Herstellung des Prototyps notwendigen personellen und technischen Mittel bereitstellen.

Das illustre College of Industrial Engineers von Aragón und La Rioja wird einen Teil der Entwicklungskosten des Prototyps finanzieren, während Daniel Mateos, der spanische Meister des Motorradsports 125cc, und Vicente Vidal dem Team UniRioja-MotoStudent technische Beratung anbieten werden.

Es ist jedoch ein "offenes Projekt," das darauf abzielt, alle zu begrüßen, die La Rioja als die besten Hochschulteams Spaniens und Europas unterstützen und zusammenarbeiten und den MotoStudent-Wettbewerb gewinnen möchten.
