Die Entwicklung intelligenter Stromnetze (smartgrids) ist der Schlüssel zur Förderung der Nachhaltigkeit unserer Städte und Unternehmen, wobei bereits vorhandene Technologien eingesetzt werden.

 

Unsere Städte in nicht allzu ferner Zukunft werden Gebäude beherbergen, die neben energieeffizienten Gebäuden auch in der Lage sein werden, ihre eigenen Energieressourcen zu erzeugen. Die intelligenten Netze werden diejenigen sein, die Erzeugung und Nachfrage mitteilen und es den Energieverbrauchern ermöglichen, nicht nur Energiesteuern, wie die gegenwärtige Realität, sondern sie werden in das elektrische System interagieren, indem sie ihren Verbrauch, die Speicherung von Energie, den Datenaustausch usw. verwalten.

 

Die Gebäude müssen zu Generatoren werden, und sie müssen in der Lage sein, ihren eigenen Energiebedarf zu decken und Energieüberschüsse zu evakuieren. Dies wird durch intelligente Stromnetze oder durch Kommunikationskanäle zwischen Gebäuden möglich sein.

 

Diese Vision eines neuen Modells stellt eine echte Herausforderung für die gesamte Kette von Fachleuten dar, die an ihrer Entwicklung beteiligt sind, Architekten, Ingenieure, Stadtgäste und so weiter, bis sie die Benutzer erreichen, die in den Gebäuden der Zukunft leben werden. Die Intercom mit anderen Gebäuden oder potenziellen Erzeugungs- und/oder Verbraucherzentren wird entscheidend sein.

 

All dies lässt darauf schließen, dass wirtschaftliche Einsparungen mit Umweltverbesserungen, weniger Verbrauch, weniger CO2-Emissionen und weniger Treibhausgasemissionen verbunden sind.

 

 

Erneuerbare Energien.

 

Neben der Interkommunikation selbst wird ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieses ganzen Puzzles auch für erneuerbare Energien, wie z.B. geothermische Systeme zur Klimatisierung von Gebäuden oder Photovoltaikanlagen, die Energieversorgung unserer Wohnungen gewährleisten, gelten.

 

Verbesserungen in der konstruktiven Gestaltung der Gebäude, bessere Isolierungen, Hauswirtschaftssysteme, die uns eine bessere Kontrolle und vor allem bessere Konsumgewohnheiten ermöglichen, werden den Rest machen.
