Madrid wird diesen September die zweite Ausgabe von dem Wettkampf empfangen Solar Decathlon Europe') vom 14. bis 30. September, in dem 20 von Studenten mit 15 Nationalitäten entworfene und gebaute Solarhäuser vorgestellt werden.

 

Die teilnehmenden Länder sind Deutschland, Brasilien, China, Dänemark, Ägypten, Spanien, Frankreich, Ungarn, Italien, Japan, Norwegen, Niederlande, Portugal, Vereinigtes Königreich und Rumänien.

 

Die Wohnungen werden so konzipiert sein, dass sie ihren Energiebedarf ausschließlich mit Solarenergie decken können, und sie werden den Wettbewerb gewinnen, indem sie weniger natürliche Ressourcen verbrauchen und während ihres Lebenszyklus die geringste Menge an Abfall erzeugen. Das Ziel dieses Ereignisses ist es, die Bevölkerung für die Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien und insbesondere der Solarenergie zu sensibilisieren.

 

Spanien hat auch die erste Ausgabe von 2010 organisiert, und die dritte Ausgabe wird in Frankreich stattfinden.

 

 

Solar Decathlon

 

Solar Decathlon wurde erstmals 2002 durchgeführt und eine Idee des US-Energieministeriums wurde nach der Unterzeichnung eines bilateralen Abkommens zwischen den Regierungen der Vereinigten Staaten und Spanien durch die Teilnahme der Polytechnischen Universität Madrid an den amerikanischen Wettbewerben geboren.

 

In dieser Ausgabe sind sowohl die Zahl der eingereichten Arbeiten als auch die Zahl der Länder höher.

 

 

In ein "intelligentes Netzwerk" integriert

 

Der durch die Wohnungen erzeugte Energieüberschuss wird über ein intelligentes Netz verwaltet, um die so genannte Energieversorgung zu fördern. "Solarvilla", von Ladestellen für Elektrofahrzeuge bis hin zu gemeinsamen Räumen, was seiner Meinung nach zu "innovativen Projekten im Bereich der Verteilung von Elektrizität" führen wird.

 

Spanien hat sich verpflichtet, den Grad der Energieselbstständigkeit öffentlicher Gebäude im Jahr 2018 zu erhöhen, um bis 2020 in allen öffentlichen Gebäuden eine Nettobilanz von nahezu Null zu erreichen.
