La Lehrstuhl MTORres-UPCT hat die Endarbeit von dem Grad von dem Kursteilnehmer von dem Maschinenbau von der Polytechnische Universität Cartagena (UPCT) Jorge Martínez, in dem eine Formulierung zur Simulation und Analyse der Kinematik komplexer mechanischer Systeme als Roboterplattform entwickelt wird.

 

Der Preis wird während der Abschlussfeier der Studenten der Schule der Industriellen.

 

Während der Zeremonie wurden auch die Preise des Lehrstuhls von Sabic, Juan José Gea für seinen Beitrag zur Pilotanlage zur Automatisierung chemischer Prozesse, die vor kurzem von der Schule der Industriellen eingeführt wurde, vom Lehrstuhl der Stiftung Repsol an Clara Teresa Benítez, für ihre Arbeit an der Anpassung des integrierten Zyklus des Wassers in der Gemeinde Alcantarilla, und vom Lehrstuhl Hydrogea an Daniel Carreres für sein telematisches modulares System für Anwendungen von Telemetrie und Fernsteuerung.

 

Der große Beitrag der Arbeit von Jorge Martínez ist die Allgemeinheit der entwickelten Methode, die auf jede Art von mechanischem System angewendet wird, und ihre Effizienz in Bezug auf die Kosten der Berechnung. "Wir wenden die Taktik 'Teile und du wirst siegen' durch Gruppengleichungen an," fasst der Schüler zusammen.

 

"Die Entwicklung dieser Anwendung ist für Unternehmen wie Mtors sehr nützlich, sowohl für die Konstruktion mechanischer Systeme als auch für die Beschleunigung der Validierung ihrer Entwürfe und der Betriebsphase, da eine schnellere und parallele Analysefähigkeit eine bessere Kontrolle und Implementierung auf kostengünstigeren und leichteren Computerplatten ermöglicht," betont der Arbeitsdirektor Mariano Saura.

 

Die analysierte Plattform des Typs Stewart verfügt über eine feste Basis und ein mobiles Endgerät, das sich an die Höhe anpasst, die mit sechs hydraulischen Aktuatoren ermittelt wird. Ihre Bewegungen können in den sechs Freiheitsstufen des dreidimensionalen Raums programmiert werden. Robotik-Plattformen liefern höhere Geschwindigkeit, Präzision und Widerstandsfähigkeit beim Transport von Lasten als Roboterarme und haben auch Anwendung für Flugsimulatoren oder Fahrsimulatoren.

 

"Einen Mtors-Preis zu gewinnen ist beeindruckend," drückt er begeistert aus. "Ich glaube es noch nicht, obwohl ich wusste, dass die Arbeit sehr gut war. Es hat sieben Monate gedauert und viele Kopfverletzungen. Mit Hilfe meines Direktors und des Mitdirektors Pablo Segado habe ich mich ganz auf ihn eingelassen," sagt er.

 

"Mehr als der Preis für die Wirtschaft, was mir am Herzen lag, ist, dass dieses Forschungsprojekt bekannt ist und Kontinuität haben kann," versichert der Schüler, der nicht ausgeschlossen hat, seine Ausbildung in der Polytechnik von Cartagena fortzusetzen, obwohl seine derzeitige Priorität darin besteht, "theoretische Kenntnisse in die Praxis zu bringen," so dass er sich auf der Suche nach Arbeitserfahrungen in der Geschäftswelt befindet. "Ich bin offen für jede Chance," sagt er. "Bis jetzt habe ich mich lieber auf das Rennen konzentriert," sagt er.
