
TECHNIBERIEN, Spanischer Verband der Ingenieur-, Beratungs- und TechnologieunternehmenEr hat mit den Gewerkschaften unterschrieben. CC OO y UGT, der XX. Branchentarifvertrag für Ingenieurunternehmen und Fachstudienbüros; Inspektion, Überwachung und Qualitätskontrolle. Das Übereinkommen, das 200 000 Arbeitnehmer betrifft, gilt bis zum 31. Dezember 2024.
Die Unterzeichnung fand gestern Donnerstag im Sitz der Arbeitgeber in Madrid statt, hat Vertreter des Vereins sowie des Verbandes der CC OO-Dienste und des Verbandes der UGT-Dienste, Mobilität und Verbrauch zusammengebracht.
Die wichtigsten Neuerungen oder Änderungen des XX. Tarifvertrags betreffen sowohl die Bezeichnung der Vereinbarung selbst als auch die Aktualisierung der Lohntabellen und andere Aspekte der beruflichen Einstufung und der Arbeitsverträge. Darüber hinaus wird in der Branche erstmals die Telearbeit geregelt und das Recht der Beschäftigten auf digitale Abschaltung anerkannt.
Das neue Übereinkommen legt im funktionellen Bereich die Tätigkeit der Unternehmen fest, die sich mit der Kontrolle, Überwachung und Kontrolle von technischer und qualitativer Qualität befassen; die Bezeichnung des Übereinkommens wird nun geändert und wird wie folgt geändert: Nationales Kollektivübereinkommen von Ingenieurunternehmen, Büros für technische Studien, Inspektion, Überwachung und technische Kontrolle und Qualitätskontrolle.
Was die Aktualisierung der Lohntabellen betrifft, so enthält die Vereinbarung Lohnerhöhungen, die an das VPI gekoppelt sind und innerhalb von drei Jahren bis zu 10,44% erreichen können (2022-2024).
