
Die neue Fassung von IQNet SR10, der internationale Standard von Soziale Verantwortung (RS). Dieses Dokument legt die Voraussetzungen für die Einführung eines Managementsystems fest, das auf soziale Verantwortung, verantwortungsvolle Staatsführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung setzt.
Diese Aktualisierung, ihre erste Veröffentlichung im Jahr 2012, wurde mit dem Ziel durchgeführt, ihre Umsetzung in den Organisationen im Rahmen der Politik zur regelmäßigen Überprüfung der Standards zur Anpassung an die neuen Bedürfnisse der Organisationen weiter zu erleichtern. Die Fortschritte umfassen eine Verbesserung der Formulierung, Vereinfachung und die Aufnahme eines Leitfadens mit Leitlinien für die Anwendung.
Das neue IQNet SR10 wird die so genannte hochrangige Struktur teilen, die in die laufenden Überarbeitungen der Managementstandards (z. B. ISO 9001 für Qualitätsmanagement oder ISO 14001 für Umweltmanagement) aufgenommen wird, um ihre Integration voranzubringen.
Das IQNet-Netzwerk besteht aus 35 weltweit führenden Zertifizierungsstellen, die insgesamt über 250.000 Zertifikate besitzen, was einer weltweiten Quote von 25% entspricht. Zu seinen Mitgliedern zählen u.a. DQS (Deutschland), SQS (Schweiz) CISC (Italien) oder AENOR (Spanien).
System zur Verwaltung der sozialen Verantwortung IQNet SR10
Die neue ist IQNet SR10 integrierbar in andere Managementsysteme wie ISO 9001 Qualität oder ISO 14001 Umweltmanagement. Darüber hinaus steht sie im Einklang mit den Anforderungen an Dokumente, über die ein breiter globaler Konsens besteht, wie z. B. die ILO-Grundübereinkommen, die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte oder der Internationalen Norm ISO 26000.
Eine der neuen Anforderungen des IQNet SR10 ist die Verpflichtung, einen Verhaltenskodex für Organisationen auszuarbeiten und einen Mindestinhalt festzulegen. Darüber hinaus wird es weitere Konzepte stärken, die noch in der vorherigen Fassung enthalten sind, werden sie betont, damit die Organisationen den Fokus auf sie legen.
Die IQNet SR10 gewährleistet eine umfassende und ernsthafte RS-Angriff, innerhalb des allgemeinen Managements der Organisation.
