Forscher des Instituts für Verkehr und Verkehr Polytechnische Universität Valencia (UPV) haben eine neue Art von akustischem Bildschirm mit porösem Beton auf Basis von Gebrannte Oleitunknochen.

 

Für die Entwicklung dieser akustischen Bildschirme analysierten sie das Verhalten des Materials, bewerteten die optimale Dosis, um die größtmögliche Absorption des Lärms zu erzielen und analysierten verschiedene Arten von Knochen auf dem Markt verfügbar, rohes Zerkleinern, ganzes Brennen und eine Mischung aus beiden.

 

Anschließend wurden Proben mit jeder Typologie (100 % Knochen) hergestellt und einer akustischen und physikalisch-mechanischen Charakterisierung unterzogen, d. h. einer einfachen Kompressionsbeständigkeit, Dichte, Feuerreaktion und Schlagfestigkeit. Darüber hinaus haben Forscher auch festgestellt, dass die Oberflächenform der porösen Schicht auch ihre Absorptionsfähigkeit erheblich beeinflusst.

 

Die Forderung nach dem Patent des neuen Bildschirms ist bereits gestellt und das Produkt ist in der Vermarktung.

 

 

Panolston-Projekt

 

Dieses neue Anti-Lärm-Produkt wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Unternehmen entwickelt Precon SA, ist das Ergebnis des Panolston-Forschungsprojekts und stellt sich als Alternative zu bereits vorhandenen Bildschirmen vor, um die durch den Verkehr verursachten Geräusche abzumildern.

 

Die Forscherin der UPV Julia Real, die das Verhalten des neuen Produktes mit den auf dem heutigen Markt vorhandenen Alternativen analysiert hat, hat darauf hingewiesen, dass dieser neue akustische Bildschirm "eine Lösung zur Abmilderung des Lärms von Zügen, Straßenbahnen, U-Bahnen oder Autos bietet und außerdem einen neuen Ausgang ermöglicht und einen landwirtschaftlichen Nebenprodukt wie Olive-Knochen in den Wert bringt."

 

"Aus all unserer Arbeit folgerten wir, dass durch die Veränderung des Knochenanteils und durch die Verwendung als natürliches Trockenmaterial nur der Bruch 4/10 - wie der trockene Teil mit 4 bis 10 Millimetern großen Partikeln genannt wird - unterschiedliche Frequenzbereiche von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgeräusche bis hin zu einem Auto mit dem höchsten Absorptionskoeffizienten abgedeckt werden können," betonte er.

 

Er erklärte auch, dass "in allen Fällen die Absorptionskoeffizienten erreicht werden Werte größer als 0,80 (höchstens 1) zeigt die hohe Absorptionskraft des neuen Materials und die Vielseitigkeit bei der Wahl der Dosierung je nach Art des Lärms am jeweiligen Standort."
