IKT-Ingenieure tragen die Krise am besten. Sie weisen eine niedrige Arbeitslosenquote auf und sind ein Berufsprofil, das von den Unternehmen sehr gefordert wird. Die meisten Studenten werden noch vor Abschluss ihres Studiums eingestellt und werden zum großen Teil in die Unternehmen aufgenommen, in denen sie Praktika absolvieren. Auch die Arbeitsbedingungen sind besser, da feste Arbeitsverträge und Vollzeitbeschäftigung häufiger werden. Der Lohn ist ebenfalls höher.

 

Der Arbeitsmarkt in Spanien hat keine gute Zeit, und die Jugendarbeitslosigkeit ist nach wie vor hoch. Allerdings haben nicht alle Berufsprofile das gleiche Schicksal, und es gibt Berufe, in denen kaum eine Arbeitslosigkeit zu verzeichnen ist. Dies gilt für Ingenieure im Bereich Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT), die im Vergleich zu anderen Berufsprofilen eine niedrige Arbeitslosigkeit verzeichnen. Nach Angaben der Universitätsakademie Tomàs Cerdà, die der UAB, dem 84% von seinen Studenten in Informatik und Dienstleistungen finden Arbeit vor dem Studium. [Siehe Computer Engineering Kurse]

 

Darüber hinaus werden acht von zehn Jugendlichen in den Betrieben beschäftigt, in denen sie Praktika absolviert haben, und finden den Rest innerhalb von etwa 30 Tagen nach dem Abschluss einen Arbeitsplatz. Eine Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt, die entweder über die Schul- oder über andere Wege des Eintritts in den Arbeitsmarkt erfolgt.

 

Eine Arbeitssituation der Ingenieure, die die jüngsten Eurostat-Daten bestätigt, die zeigen, dass diese Gruppe eine Arbeitslosenquote von 7,65% gegenüber dem staatlichen Durchschnitt von 50,5% hat.

 

Und das Profil der Computeringenieure ist eines der am häufigsten von den Unternehmen behaupteten. Nach einem Jahrzehnt, in dem sich die Zahl der Zulassungen für Fachkarriere erheblich verringert hat, ist ein Trendwechsel zu beobachten, und die Zahlen erholen sich allmählich.

 

Heute gibt es 100.800 Ingenieure, obwohl im Jahr 2020 ein Defizit dieser Fachleute in der Größenordnung von 12.000 Ingenieuren geschätzt wird.
