
RIOS Renovables Group, ein spanisches Pionierunternehmen mit Erfahrung in der Konstruktion, Verwaltung und Wartung von Photovoltaikparks, hat den Verkauf von 8,6 MW die Leistung von Photovoltaikparks in Italien zu einem umfangreichen Lombard-Investmentfonds, der auf erneuerbare Energien spezialisiert ist.
Am 3. September dieses Jahres wurde in Mailand das Vorhaben abgeschlossen, dessen Betrag sich auf 32 Mio. EUR. Die 8,6 MW sind auf vier Projekte verteilt, die das navarra Unternehmen in Italien hat: 1,8 MW in Piozzo (Cuneo); 1 MW in Sezze (Latina) und 2 Vorhaben in Cerchio (L'Aquila) von 4 bzw. 1,8 MW. Die von der Navarra-Firma verkaufte Leistung entspricht dem Verbrauch einer Bevölkerung von etwa 8.600 Einwohnern über ein Jahr.
Die vier Photovoltaikparks wurden von der RÍOS Renovables Group entwickelt und vollständig gebaut und 2011 an das Netz angeschlossen. Sie werden alle von der Bank Monte dei Paschi di Siena finanziert.
Nach einem Jahr sind die Produktionsergebnisse der Photovoltaikparks optimal, und die Verantwortlichen des Lombard-Investmentfonds haben sich über das erzielte Produktionsniveau gefreut, so dass die Verkaufsvereinbarung abgeschlossen werden konnte.
Nach dem Verkauf wird RÍOS Renovables weiterhin den Betrieb und die Wartung (O&M) der vier Parks während der 20 Jahre der Preiserteilung erbringen.
15,3 MW in zwei Jahren verkauft
Diese Vereinbarung schließt sich an den im vergangenen Jahr an einen italo-kanadischen Fonds geschlossenen Verkaufsvertrag an und entspricht bereits 15,3 MW der von der RÍOS-Gruppe in Italien verkauften Leistung von insgesamt 25 MW, die von dem Unternehmen in den Jahren 2010 und 2011 gebaut wurde, was einem kumulierten Verkauf von 56 Mio. EUR an Investmentfonds entspricht. Die verbleibenden 9,7 MW sind weiterhin Eigentum der RÍOS Renovables Group.
Das Unternehmen ist weiterhin in Italien im Bau von Photovoltaikanlagen tätig, wobei es mehrere Projekte sowohl auf dem Boden als auch auf den Dächern im Portfolio hat. Darüber hinaus setzt er die Arbeiten von O&M in verschiedenen Pflanzen des transalpinen Landes fort.
