
Sachverständige des Gruppe für anorganische chemische Forschung der Universität Cordoba Entwicklung neuer Baumaterialien für die Restaurierung historischer Gebäude, wie Produkte für Fassaden, die die Fähigkeit haben, 'Selbstreinigung’.
Bei der Vorbereitung dieser Materialien haben Experten Komponenten aus der Wiederverwendung von Industrieabfällen eingesetzt, die sie neu bewertet und ihre spätere Lagerung auf Deponien mit den damit verbundenen Umweltauswirkungen vermieden haben.
In der Studie 'Use of Industrial Waste for the Manufacturing of Sustainable Building Materials('), veröffentlicht in der wissenschaftlichen Zeitschrift ChemSusChem, Experten haben Materialien entwickelt, die fähig sind, die wiederhergestellten Fassaden durch eine neue chemische Formulierung, die Zusatzstoffe, die wenn sie mit Sonnenlicht und Feuchtigkeit in Berührung kommen, sind sie in der Lage, organische Materie zu degradieren. "So werden die Produkte, die an den Wänden befestigt werden, sowohl organische Abfälle aus der Emission von Verkehrsgasen als auch Pilzen und Bakterien, mit Tauwasser oder Regen zerfallen und schleppen, indem die Fassaden gereinigt werden," erklärt Luis Sanchez, Professor an der Universität von Córdoba.
Bisher haben die Forscher bereits die Wirksamkeit dieser Produkte auf Laborebene durch die Zusammenarbeit der PUMA-Gruppe, die sich mit dem Bausektor befasst, bewiesen. "Die Ergebnisse waren auf der Basis sehr zufrieden stellend, und der nächste Schritt wird sein, sie auf den Fassaden der Stadt Córdoba anzuwenden," so Sánchez. Er fügt hinzu: "Wir haben auch gezeigt, dass eine angemessene Behandlung eines Industriemülls zur Vorbereitung eines nachhaltigen Baumaterials führt und somit eine weitere Entsorgung auf Deponien verhindert. Außerdem spart es bei der Verwendung bestimmter Rohstoffe wie Calciumcarbonat, das in der Natur sehr präsent ist."
Ein gesundes Produkt
In der Tat konzentriert sich diese Forschung nicht nur auf die Sanierung externer Fassaden emblematischer Gebäude, sondern auch auf die Vorbereitung verschiedener Materialien, die neue Vorteile für die Gesundheit und die Umwelt bieten könnten. "Diese Anwendung, die bereits von den Forschungsteams untersucht wird, wäre von großem Interesse, da sie bestimmte Gase aus der Atmosphäre entfernen würde, die von der Industrie und von Fahrzeugen, die sehr schädlich sind, emittiert werden."
Diese Ergebnisse sind das Ergebnis des Exzellenzprojekts Entwicklung von Mörsern mit hohem Mehrwert für ihre Umsetzung bei der Restaurierung und Instandhaltung von Bauten, die vom Vorstand für Wirtschaft, Innovation, Wissenschaft und Beschäftigung der Andalusien finanziert werden.
