
El CITYFIED-Projekt (Effiziente, innovative und replizierbare Städte und Bezirke der Zukunft) beginnt heute mit der Eröffnungssitzung, die Partner in den CARTIF (Projektkoordinator) Technologiepark Boecillo 3 Tage lang.
Das Hauptziel von CITYFIED (mit EU-Mitteln im Rahmen des Siebten Rahmenprogramms) besteht darin, eine Strategie für die Umwandlung europäischer Städte und Bezirke in effizientere städtische Gebiete zu entwickeln und ihre Entwicklung mit den Kriterien der ökologischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Nachhaltigkeit in Einklang zu bringen. Genauer gesagt wird die Anwendung und Integration verschiedener innovativer Technologien zu einer deutlichen Steigerung der Energieeffizienz von Stadtluftfahrten führen, indem der Energieverbrauch und die Treibhausgasemissionen gesenkt werden, zusammen mit Lösungen, die in anderen europäischen Städten repliziert werden können.
Zu den vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen gehört die Sanierung von Fassaden, die Installation von Systemen Bezirksheizung (district-heating) auf der Grundlage von erneuerbaren Energiequellen, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) und Intelligente Netze.
Als wichtigstes Ergebnis des Projekts wird eine umfassende Strategie für die Stadtentwicklung entwickelt, die durch ihre tatsächliche Umsetzung in drei europäischen Städten umgesetzt wird: Duero-Valladolid-Lagune (Spanien), Lund (Schweden) Soma (Türkei).
Die Anzahl der Rehabilitierte Wohnungen wird im rahmen von dem Projekt erreichen 2.328, verteilt auf die drei Demonstrationen, mit mehr als 7.000 Bürgern in diesem Prozess beteiligt. Von dieser Ausgabe stammen fast 1.500 von den Nachbargemeinden von Torrelago 1 und 2 in Laguna de Duero, die zu den größten in Kastilien und León gehören.
Darüber hinaus wird geschätzt, dass die im Laufe des Projekts zu definierende Strategie für die Energiesanierung eine solche Wirkung haben wird, dass sie zu mehr als 100 potenziellen Projekten führen wird, mit mehr als 500.000 möglichen Sanierungswohnungen in den nächsten 10 Jahren.
