16/05/2013 - Tag über EN+ und BIOMASUD, Qualitätssiegel für feste Biokraftstoffe

Am 23. Mai findet am Sitz des IDAE In Madrid, dem Tag über die Gütesiegel für feste Biokraftstoffe EN+ und BIOMASUD, organisiert von AVEBIOM, der spanischen Vereinigung für Energieverwertung der Biomasse, die von der ICESAT unterstützt wird.

 

Das Gütesiegel ENplus ist ein Qualitätssiegel wird durch ein Verfahren zur Zertifizierung der Qualität von Holzpellets nach der Norm EN 14961-2. Es handelt sich um einen konsolidierten Stempel in Europa, der vom European Pellet Council verwaltet wird und in Spanien bereits neun Hersteller mit mehr als 200 000 zertifizierten Tonnen umfasst. In Spanien wird das Siegel ENplus von AVEBIOM verwaltet.

 

BIOMASUDDas Programm Interreg SUDOE IV B, das mit Mitteln des EFRE finanziert wird und im Juni 2011 mit dem Ziel begonnen hat, ein Qualitätszertifikat für feste Biokraftstoffe zu schaffen, die in südeuropäischen Ländern verwendet werden, z. B. Holzsplitter und -blätter, aber auch und vor allem der Olivenknochen, die Mandelschale, die Ritzel, die Haselnuss usw. Hauptverantwortlich für die Durchführung dieser Tätigkeit im Rahmen des Projekts sind AVEBIOM und ICESAT. 

 

Im Rahmen des genannten Projekts BIOMASUD wurden nach einer Phase der Bewertung und Charakterisierung der Biomasseressourcen in den südlichen Ländern der Europäischen Union Instrumente für den Anwender, wie BIORAISE (www.bioraise.ciemat.es) und das BIOMASUD-Visum wurden in Spanien, Portugal und Frankreich mehr als 100 verschiedene feste Biokraftstoffe analysiert, die auf dem Biomassemarkt für thermische Zwecke verwendet werden. Diese Arbeit hat zusammen mit den bisherigen Erfahrungen der Projektpartner dazu beigetragen, ein Verfahren für die Zertifizierung von Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit bei der Herstellung und Vermarktung von festen Biokraftstoffen für die Wärmeerzeugung einzuführen, die als BIOMASUD-Siegel bekannt sind. Das Handbuch mit den Anforderungen an die Erlangung des BIOMASUD-Siegels für feste Biokraftstoffe kann von der Projekt-Website heruntergeladen werden (http://biomasud.eu/es/). Im Jahr 2013 werden erste Pilotprüfungen für die Vergabe des BIOMASUD-Siegels an Unternehmen durchgeführt, die an der Herstellung der verschiedenen Arten von Biokraftstoffen beteiligt sind.

 

In Spanien werden die Pilotprüfungen unter der Schirmherrschaft von AENOR und in Zusammenarbeit mit ICESAT und AVEBIOM durchgeführt. Insbesondere wird im Labor des ICES-Zentrums für die Entwicklung erneuerbarer Energien die Referenzprobe für die Schätzung der Werte zur Bestimmung der Produktqualität analysiert.

 

Die Partner des Projekts BIOMASUD und Inhaber des Siegels sind in Spanien: AVEBIOM und CIEMAT; in Portugal: CBE (Centro da Biomassa para a Energia) und CVR (Centro para a Valorizaçao de Resíduos); und in Frankreich: UCFF (Union de la Coopèration Forestière Française) und INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique).
