
Vicente Padilla wurde zum stellvertretenden Mitglied des Ausschusses der Regionen ernannt. Offizielles Institut für Luftingenieure in Spanien (COIAE) bei den gestrigen Teilwahlen.
Es handelt sich um Wahlen, die allen Luftfahrtingenieuren offen stehen, um die Positionen von Vizepräsident, Sekretär und drei Vokalen des COIAE, sowie die Sitze von Vizepräsident, Sekretär und drei Vokalen des Verbandes der Luftfahrtingenieure Spaniens (AIAE) zu besetzen. Alexander Herrera wurde zum Sekretär des COIAE gewählt. Ebenso wurden drei Vokale gewählt: Isabel Vera, Vokal 2o, Juan Cruz, Vokal 4o und Paul Senchermés, Vokal 6.
Was die Wahlen des Verbandes der Luftingenieure Spaniens (AIAE) betrifft, so wurde Vicente Padilla zum Vizepräsidenten der AIAE gewählt, und Alejandro Herrera, Sekretär, wurde gewählt. In Bezug auf die Wahl der Vokale wurde gewählt: Lucas Alberto Zimt, Vokal 2o, Daniel González, Vokal 4o und Ernesto Llorente, Vokal 6.
Bei beiden Wahlen wurden zwei Kandidaturen und die entsprechenden Teams für die Besetzung dieser Sitze sowohl vom COIAE als auch von der AIAE eingereicht.

Vicente Padilla ist Aeronautic Engineer von der Polytechnischen Universität Madrid. Zu Beginn arbeitete er für den Flugzeughersteller Boeing in Seattle (USA) als Bauingenieur für die Programme B737 und B757.
Nach Spanien arbeitete er als Teamleiter in der Abteilung für die Berechnung der Strukturen der Aeronautik Gamesa (Vitoria) in den Programmen Sikorsky S92 und Embraer ERJ145.
1997 gründete er zusammen mit seinem Partner AERTEC Solutions. Er ist derzeit Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens. Es verfügt über Büros in Spanien, Großbritannien, Frankreich, Kolumbien, Kanada und Portugal und verfügt über Studien und Projekte in 26 Ländern mit Referenzen auf mehr als 70 internationalen Flughäfen. Es verfügt über eine aktuelle Mitarbeiterzahl von mehr als 500 Personen, meist Ingenieure und Absolventen.
Er ist Autor zahlreicher Artikel über die Luftfahrtindustrie und den Luftverkehr. Er erhielt verschiedene Preise, darunter: Nationaler Jungunternehmerpreis, von S.A.R. D. Philipp Prinz von Asturien (2004). Flyer Award, bestes Unternehmen für Fluginfrastruktur (2005) und Goldmedaille von Andalusien (2015).
