29/05/2012 - Windkraft. RIOS Renovables Group wird 532 Millionen Euro in den nächsten drei Jahren in Rumänien investieren

RÍOS Renovables Group, eine etablierte Unternehmensgruppe im Markt für erneuerbare Energien, wird Ende Juni mit dem Bau eines Windparks mit 9 MW Leistung in Tulcea (Rumänien) beginnen, an der Nordküste des Schwarzen Meeres und im Donaudelta. Das in Fustiñana ansässige Unternehmen wird in den kommenden Jahren 132 Millionen Euro in den rumänischen Windenergiesektor investieren. Sein Entwicklungsportfolio soll in den nächsten drei Jahren 120 MW erreichen.

 

 

Der Tulcea Park besteht aus drei Windkraftanlagen der Marke Vestas mit jeweils 3 Mw und die Navarra wird mehr als 12 Mio. EUR in den Bau des Windparks investieren. Der gewählte Standort hat hervorragende Eigenschaften für die Windproduktion, da es sich um einen sehr permanenten und konstanten Wind handelt, der keine gewalttätigen Strahlen und keine langanhaltenden Ruhen aufweist.

 

 

Außerdem beginnt das Unternehmen im Juli mit dem Bau eines Photovoltaikprojekts mit 10 MW Leistung. Es bildet die erste Phase des Parks in Lovrin (Timisoara), dessen Gesamtleistung 60 MW betragen wird.

 

 

Es wird ein Industrieschiff von 750 m haben.2 und ein Kontrollzentrum, das die Fernbehebung von Ereignissen ermöglicht, wobei die Typologie der Inzidenz, der genaue Ort und der Umfang der Ereignisse zu identifizieren sind. Auf diese Weise wird die Verwaltung aller bei der Kontrollstelle eingegangenen Daten erleichtert und gleichzeitig die Koordinierung, Überwachung und Aufzeichnung der Auswirkungen der Anlagen während der 365 Tage des Jahres gewährleistet. Diese erste Phase wird eine Investition in Höhe von 30 Mio. EUR bedeuten.

 

 

 

Darüber hinaus wird das navarra Unternehmen Photovoltaikparks in Rumänien mit einer Gesamtleistung von 140 Mw bauen, eines davon auch in Lovrin und ein zweites in Baneasa (Giurgiu) mit einer Leistung von 80 Mw und mehr als 400 Mio. EUR dafür.

 

 

So wird Rios Renovable in den nächsten drei Jahren insgesamt 532 Mio. EUR in verschiedene Photovoltaik- und Windparks auf dem rumänischen Markt investieren.

 

 

GROUP Renovable RÍOS und seine Tochtergesellschaften sind für die Konstruktion, den Bau, die Montage und den Betrieb von Strom- und Windenergieanlagen verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus bietet das Unternehmen einen umfassenden Service für den Betrieb, die Wartung und die Überwachung von Windanlagen und ihren Anlagen.

 

 

 

Finanzierung

 

 

Das übrige Werbeportfolio der Gruppe in Rumänien wird im Zeitraum 2013-14 durchgeführt.

 

 

Das Unternehmen hat erhebliche Unterstützung für die Finanzierung von Projekten wie La Caixa, die ein Büro in Bukarest hat; rumänische lokale Banken; und italienische Banken wie Unicredit und Intesa San Paolo.

 

 

Darüber hinaus unterstützt die rumänische Regierung das Unternehmen über die staatliche rumänische EXIM BANK, die nach rumänischem Recht staatliche Garantien für Projekte von RÍOS Renovables ausstellen wird. Ebenso erhält RÍOS Renovables Group Unterstützung von SODENA (Sociedad de Desarrollo de Navarra), die einen Teil der geplanten Projekte verbürgt.
