Contaremos con la presentación del ITeC - Instituto de Tecnología de la Construcción de Cataluña i Sebastià Parera, Manager de BioEconomic. Eva Cunill, Responsable de Prescripción LafargeHolcim. En la 1ª sesión moderada por Juan Villar, Project Business Department, Arquitecto Técnico SOMFY, intervendrán Alexandre Santacana, Responsable Comisión BIM bilateral ACFM/CAATEEB, Director Comercial NE de Fama Systems, Cristobal Bernal, COO - Founder Bimetica, Bieito Silva, Responsable certificación WELL en ITG - Fundación Instituto Tecnológico de Galicia, Javier Torralba, Director de BREEAM España.
La 2ª sesión, moderada por Alexandre Santacana, Responsable de la Comisión BIM bilateral ACFM/CAATEEB y Director Comercial NE de Fama Systems, tratará sobre la Construcción Saludable y Sostenible con casos de éxito Passivhaus. Intervendrán Clara Lorente, Responsable del Área de Sostenibilidad y Eficiencia Energètica del Grupo LOBE, Jordi Clotet Simon, Product Manager Aerotermia en Panasonic, Julián Hernández, Director Ventas ALDES Venticontrol, Diana Möller, Arquitecta Responsable Asesoramiento Técnico Certified Passive House Tradesperson ISOVER Saint-Gobain.
La 3ª sesión tratará sobre Edificación Inteligente y Sostenible BREEAM®, LEED® i WELL Building Standard®. Con la intervención de Guillermo Espinosa, Arquitecto Técnico Prescripción Cataluña, Aragón y Baleares, Certified Passive House Tradesperson SIBER Ventilación Inteligente, Juan Villar, Project Business Department, Arquitecto Técnico SOMFY, Pere Vilanova Fernández, Assistant Manager en Daikin AC Spain y MCarmen González, Responsable Prescripción y Marketing & Ingeniera en Airzone - Corporación Empresarial Altra.
Veremos que los materiales utilizados en el proyecto, sirven de ejemplo para explicar los beneficios que aporta el combinar la metodología, en los casos BREEAM® - LEED® - Passivhaus - WELL Building Standard. Permiten evaluar y comprobar el impacto ambiental de un edificio desde que se construye hasta el fin de su vida útil. El sistema BIM permite realizar un cómputo rápido y preciso de todos los volúmenes de materiales, lo que permite agilitar el proceso y escoger los más adecuados para poder optar a la obtención de los certificados. El proceso sería mucho más complejo y laborioso si no se utilizara el método de trabajo BIM.
