Air Liquide, weltweit führend für Industrie, Gesundheit und Umwelt, liefert Zentrum für die Entwicklung von Technologien für die CO2-Abscheidung (d. h. CO2) der Stiftung Stadt der Energie, CO2 zur Durchführung der Inertisierung und Versiegelung erforderlich im Prozess der Abscheidung durch Oxy-Abscheidung.

 

Darüber hinaus ist Air Liquide der Lieferant der Technologie der CO2-Fang- und Kompressionseinheit (CPU). In dieser CPU werden einerseits die Verunreinigungen des CO2 entfernt und andererseits ein flüssiges Produkt hergestellt, das für den Transport und die anschließende geologische Speicherung erforderlich ist.

 

Ziel dieses Projekts ist es zum einen, saubere Technologien zu fördern, die fossile Brennstoffe - insbesondere Kohle - zusätzlich zu anderen erneuerbaren Energien einsetzen. Außerdem soll die Beteiligung nationaler und internationaler Forschungszentren, Universitäten und Institutionen gefördert werden. Schließlich positioniert Spanien in der Führung der Entwicklung der CO2-Abgeschlagenheit.

 

Miguel Frutos, Experte Air Liquide in Atmosphären und industrielle Kryogenie, erklärt: "Die Teilnahme an einem internationalen Pionierprojekt wie CIUDEN stärkt unser Engagement für die Erforschung innovativer Technologien, die sich auf die Pflege der Umwelt konzentrieren. Bei Air Liquide setzen wir auf die Entwicklung von Kohlenstoffabscheidungstechnologien, wo wir Experten für Oxy-Verbrennung sind."

 

 

Know-how

 

Basierend auf seiner breiten know-howAir Liquide hat

technologische Blöcke im Zusammenhang mit der CO2-Abscheidung, z. B. Oxymaten, Luftentflechtungseinheiten, Cryogene CO2-Reinigungseinheiten und Membranen. Diese patentierten Verfahren gelten für eine Vielzahl von Branchen.

 

 

 

Kohlenstofffang und -speicherung (CCS)

 

Diese Technologien sind Abscheidungs- und Speichertechnologien, die die Verwertung großer Mengen von CO2 aus der Schwerindustrie (Wärmekraftwerke, Stahlwerke, Zementwerke, Raffinerien usw.) ermöglichen, die durch die Verbrennung fossiler Brennstoffe (Erdöl, Erdgas oder Kohle) in ihren Herstellungsprozessen erforderlich sind. Sobald das CO2 gefangen ist, kann es in tiefen unterirdischen geologischen Strukturen gelagert werden.

 

Diese Technologien reproduzieren so, was die Natur seit Millionen von Jahren in Form von natürlichen Ablagerungen getan hat.
