
El Offizielles Kolleg für Industrieingenieure in Alicante (COITIA) hat heute Vormittag die zweite Ausgabe des Programms "Beschäftigung, Ingenieurwesen, Unternehmen und Unternehmertum" (Emineem), mit dem das Unternehmen versucht, den Kollegien bei der Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen zu helfen.
Angeführt zu Kollegien mit weniger als 30 Jahren, die erste Ausgabe cer hat 60% seiner Teilnehmer eingestellt.. Dank Emineem haben die meisten Teilnehmer heute einen Vertrag in verschiedenen Sektoren (Verkehr, Tourismus, Energie oder Bau) in Unternehmen wie Côte d'Azur, Schneider Electric oder Ferrovial.
Antonio Martínez-Canales, Dekan der COITIA, sagte: "Zu einem Zeitpunkt wie dem heutigen, die Beziehungen zu den Unternehmen zu intensivieren und ihnen ein Profil zu bieten, das ihren spezifischen Bedürfnissen entspricht, ist eine Verpflichtung und eine Priorität für unser Kollektiv. Die zweite Ausgabe, die heute startet, wird durch den Erfolg der ersten Ausschreibung gestützt. Wir verfügen über ein Humankapital und ein professionelles Kapital von unschätzbarem Wert, und wir wollen es den Unternehmen von Alicantina zur Verfügung stellen."
Mentoring und bezahlte Praktika
Das Programm besteht aus einem ersten Lehrplan zur Bestimmung des Profils der einzelnen Bewerber, praktischen Workshops zur aktiven Arbeitssuche, Mentoring und bezahlten Praktika in Unternehmen. Alle am Programm beteiligten Mentoren müssen über die "Advance"-Ebene des geprüften Systems verfügen. Berufszulassung DPC, ausgestellt vom Allgemeiner Rat für Industrietechnik (COGITI).

Das COITIA veranstaltete am Donnerstag, dem 23., einen Tag über Ingenieurwesen als Schlüsselfaktor für die Entwicklung und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der KMU in Alicantina, an dem u.a. der autonome Minister für Industrie und Energie, José Monzonis, der Generaldirektor für Beschäftigung und Ausbildung, Rafael Miró, der Beschäftigungsrat des Stadtrats von Alicante, Carlos Castillo, und der Vorsitzende des Generalrates für Industrietechnik (COGITI), José Antonio Galdon, teilnehmen werden. Der Tag wird sich mit den Vorteilen und Möglichkeiten befassen, die die Ingenieurwissenschaften für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer unternehmerischer Initiativen eröffnen.
