Durch den Prozess Analogox wird versucht, die Ammoniumstickstoff über die Abwässer der Schweineindustrie. Dies würde es ermöglichen, Senkung der Kosten und Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen.

 

Verwenden Sie den Analogox-Prozess ("Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidation") für die biologische Entfernung von Ammoniakstickstoff in den Güllebehandlungsanlagen ist es die zentrale Achse der Forschung, die das Labor für die Behandlung von RILs der Abteilung für Chemie und Umwelttechnik (USM) entwickelt und die es ermöglichen würde, das konventionelle System, das hohe Mengen an Kohlendioxid ausstrahlt, zu ersetzen und die Betriebskosten der Industrie zu senken.  

 

Der Anammox ist ein biologischer Prozess zur Behandlung von Wasser mit hohem Ammoniakstickstoffgehalt. Wenn man an die Wasservorräte oder die flüssigen Rückstände bestimmter Industrieprozesse denkt, ist der Stickstoffgehalt ein Problem, denn in hohen Konzentrationen führt er durch den sogenannten Eutrophierungsprozess zum Tod des Wasserlaufs, der das Produkt der Nährstoffanreicherung in einen abiotischen Zustand umwandeln kann.

 

Der konventionelle Nitrifikations-/Denitrifikationsprozess zur Behandlung des Stickstoffproblems erfolgt in zwei Schritten, während der Anammox in einer einzigen Phase und unter Bedingungen ohne Sauerstoff stattfindet. Während das Hauptziel darin besteht, den Stickstoff aus dem Wasser zu entfernen, ist einer der großen Vorteile für die Umwelt, dass das Produkt des Anammox-Katabolismus atmosphärischer Stickstoff ist, während es im konventionellen Prozess Kohlendioxid (CO) ist.2), eines der wichtigsten Treibhausgase.

Das Hauptziel dieser Forschung ist die Bereicherung von Anammox-Biomasse. Dazu wurden im Labor die Bedingungen für die Auswahl dieser Bakterien (Anammox) aus dem Schlamm einer Industriewasseraufbereitungsanlage geschaffen, die sehr schwer wachsen zu lassen sind und nur unter bestimmten Umgebungsbedingungen mit einer sehr niedrigen Wachstumsrate (11 Tage Duplizierungszeit) durchgeführt werden.

 

Aus diesem Grund dauerte dieser Prozess mehrere Monate, dank der Arbeit von drei Memoristen und einem Studenten aus Chemie-Kunsttechnik. Die Phase, in der ich arbeitete, zielte darauf ab, den Ammoniumgehalt (Stickstoffquelle) zu erhöhen, um Bakterien bei einer hohen Stickstoffbelastung zu "beleben," was schrittweise erfolgt ist, und auch die Aktivität der Bakterien zu messen, d. h. die Menge an Stickstoff, die im Verhältnis zur Biomassekonzentration erzeugt wurde.

 

Die letzte Phase des Anammox-Projekts war die Anwendung dieses Prozesses (im Laborbereich) unter Verwendung von echten Güllen, da ursprünglich ein synthetischer, im Labor zubereiteter flüssiger Rückstand verwendet wurde, der alle notwendigen Nährstoffe für Bakterien enthält. Diese Phase wurde Mitte 2013 abgeschlossen und das Projekt ist nun abgeschlossen.

 

Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass diese Initiative den zweiten Platz in dem von der Initiative MAPS Chile und dem Umweltministerium veranstalteten "Wettbewerb um Maßnahmen zur Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen" einnimmt.
