In diesem Jahr wird die größte Anlage in Chile installiert werden Solarthermie der Welt, ermöglicht es dem Bergbauunternehmen "Gabriela Mistral" Maximieren Sie den Ersatz von Diesel für die Erzeugung von heißem Wasser im Prozess der Elektro-Aufnahme von Kupferkathoden.

 

Claudio Olguín, Geschäftsführer der "Gabrela Mistral," erklärte, dass die Anlage ein wichtiger Schritt in der Verpflichtung des Unternehmens zur Nachhaltigkeit der Operation sei, indem es Ressourcen in seiner Umgebung wie Solarenergie einsetzte.

 

Das Projekt wurde an das Konsortium vergeben, das von der chilenischen Firma gebildet wurde Energie Llaima SpA und dänische Sunmark, und es ist geplant, dass sie im September dieses Jahres ins Leben gerufen wird.

 

Die Abteilung Gabriela Mistral gehört zur staatlichen Abteilung Codelco, die weltweit größte Kohlenindustrie, wird als Referenz für den Einsatz innovativer Technologien zur Stromerzeugung angesehen, die in den nördlichen Bergbauregionen knapp ist.

 

Der Betrieb der Anlage stützt sich auf die Nutzung der Sonnenstrahlung, die in thermische Energie umgewandelt wird, um den Ersatz von Dieselkraftstoff in der Erhitzung von Wasser für den Prozess der Herstellung von Kathoden. Dieses System wird auch Wärme für kleinere Dienstleistungen wie Kathodenwaschen und Erhitzen von Reagenzien liefern.

 

"Die thermosolare Anlage wird plane Kollektoren 99 Prozent recycelbar verwenden, mit einer Kollektorfläche von 39.000 Quadratmeter und einen Teich für die Lagerung von heißem Wasser, von 3.000 Kubikmeter" Laut dem für Innovation und Technologie zuständigen Aufseher dieser Abteilung, Francisco Sanchez. Seine Lage wird in der Nähe des elektro-Auffangschiffs sein, eine Fläche von 13.200 Kubikmetern, die der Bergbau in Koodot geliefert hat.

 

 

Energieverkauf und Sparen

 

Das etablierte Geschäftsmodell basiert auf einem Vertrag über den Verkauf von Energie für einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahre durch das Konsortium, das die Ausschreibung erhalten hat und das ab September 2013 beginnt, mit einem Wert von 60 Millionen Dollar, der aufgrund der langen Lebensdauer der Teams verlängert werden könnte.

 

Er wies darauf hin, dass der Prozess der Elektro-Aufnahme ist intensiv in der Verwendung von Dieselkraftstoff für die Erhitzung des Elektrolyts bei einer Temperatur von 500 C (siehe Abschnitt 4.4) Für die Herstellung von 120.000 Tonnen Feinkupfer pro JahrDie Diesel-Heizungen verbrauchen etwa 8.000 Kubikmeter.
