
Ingenieure Teilnahme an der europäischen Messe BIMEXPO (25.-28. Oktober) zeigt seine Erfolgsgeschichten nach Anwendung der BIM-Methode (Building Information Modeling). Diese Methode ermöglicht es, den gesamten Prozess der konstruktiven Durchführbarkeit durch 3D-Technologie und Datenbankmanagement zu steuern. Das heißt, es verwandelt den Big Data in Smart Data. "Von seinem Design bis hin zum Bau und der Phase as-built ermöglicht die BIM-Methodik die Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus durch den virtuellen Bau des Gebäudes," erklärt Eber Rueda, Leiter des Bereichs Architektur, Ingenieurwesen und Bau von CT Ingenieuren.
Die Studie über die konstruktive Durchführbarkeit des Projekts ermöglicht die Entwicklung eines vollständigen Prototyps vor der Ausführung des Baus. "Verringert die Zeitverschwendung, indem sie Probleme und Unstimmigkeiten entdeckt und beseitigt, bevor sie im "Werk" ausgeführt werden," behauptet Eber Rad. Die virtuelle Konstruktion und die Studie der detaillierten Machbarkeit des konstruktiven Prozesses vor seiner tatsächlichen Umsetzung in 3D ermöglichen eine Senkung der Mehrkosten.
CT Ingenieure wenden die BIM-Methode bei der konstruktiven Gestaltung von industrialisierten Bauprojekten für Serienproduktion an, erzeugen Bausimulationen für bauliche Anlagen und architektonische Surfanlagen und entwickeln as-Built-Modelle.
