
Die Veröffentlichung in September 2013 des neuen Gebäudecode in Absatz Energieeinsparungen (TEC DB-HE), die im März 2014 in Kraft treten wird, stellt eine weitreichende Änderung gegenüber dem ETC 2006 dar. Nicht nur hinsichtlich der Anforderungen an Gebäude (Neubau und Sanierung), sondern auch hinsichtlich der Rechtfertigung der Einhaltung.
In diesem Zusammenhang ANDIMAT (Nationaler Verband der Isolationsmaterialienhersteller) wird eine Reihe von Fallstudien veröffentlichen, die den Technikern helfen sollen, die die Einhaltung des neuen HE1-TEC rechtfertigen. Die Fälle zeigen die Differenz zwischen der Berechnung des Energiebedarfs für Heizung und Kühlung eines bestimmten Gebäudes gemäß der Anforderung der vereinfachten Option 2006 des ETC und einer Prädimensionierung auf der Grundlage der Leitwerte in Anlage E des ETC 2013. Das gleiche Gebäude wird in verschiedenen Klimazonen simuliert.
Der erste Fall der Studie ist ein Blockgebäude mit sieben Etagen, das sich zwischen den Medien in Zone D3 befindet.
Die wichtigsten Schlussfolgerungen in diesem speziellen Fall sind:
-Die Isolierung in der Fassade verdreifacht sich, in den Decks verdoppelt, in den Böden erhöht sich um 50% und die Isolierkapazität der Fassadenlöcher verdoppelt sich.
- Diese Zunahmen werden größer sein, wenn thermische Brücken nicht richtig behandelt werden.
-Die Mehrkosten liegen bei 10% (ca. 4,5€/m2)
- Die Energieeinsparung steigt um 30%.
- Die Investition wird in zwei Jahren wieder aufgenommen.
- In 50 Jahren Lebensdauer des Gebäudes und mit einer Erhöhung der Energiekosten um 2% pro Jahr wird mindestens das 40fache der Investition wiedererlangt.
Das neue CTE HE1 2013 erhöht schließlich die Anforderungen des Surrounds erheblich, die Mehrkosten sind perfekt zu übernehmen und werden zu einer absolut rentablen Investition.
