Jedes Jahr wird in Europa mehr als1 Million VerkehrsunfälleSchätzungen zufolge sterben etwa 35 000 Menschen am Leben. Im Bewusstsein dieses Problems und der Notwendigkeit, die Reaktionszeiten der Notdienste zu verkürzen, um Leben zu retten, hat die Europäische Kommission die Initiative zur Schaffung eines europäischen Informationssystems für den Katastrophenschutz eingeleitet. eCalldie Entwicklung einer Vorrichtung, die es ermöglicht, bei einem Verkehrsunfall einen automatischen Notruf durchzuführen.

 

Zu diesem Zweck müssen alle in Europa verkauften Fahrzeuge mit diesem System ausgerüstet sein. Obwohl es bereits Hersteller in ihren Fahrzeugen gibt, wird in ein paar Wochen das Datum bekannt sein, ab dem die Installation dieses Geräts für alle in Europa verkauften Fahrzeuge obligatorisch sein wird, so erklärte die Generaldirektorin für Verkehr, María Segui.

 

Bei den Mitteilungen ist die europäische Frist bereits festgelegt. Es wird der 1. Oktober 2017 sein, wenn die europäischen Länder die Struktur, die den Empfang dieser Anrufe ermöglichen, auflisten müssen. ● Es geht darum, dass die Telefonzentrale organisiert ist, damit jeder, in der Sprache, die er spricht, mit dem Notrufanbieter kommunizieren kann, und zwar von Segui.

 

 

eCall-System

 

eCall Es handelt sich um eine Initiative der Europäischen Kommission, die den Autofahrern, die an einem Verkehrsunfall in der gesamten Europäischen Union beteiligt sind, rasch Hilfe leisten soll. Das Projekt schlägt vor, ein Gerät in den Fahrzeugen zu verwenden, das ähnlich einer ähnlichen Karte wie Mobiltelefone ist und bei einem Unfall die Sensoren (in der Regel die gleichen wie für den Airbag-Einsatz) automatisch an eine Notzentrale anrufen sollen.

 

 

 

 

Sobald ein Unfall auftritt und der Notruf durchgeführt wird, sendet das System dem Betreiber des Notrufs auch ein Mindestmaß an Daten über den Vorfall, einschließlich der Position ( GNSS-Koordinaten - GPS und in Zukunft Galileo), der Fahrzeugrichtung, der Unfallzeit, des Fahrzeugtyps, wenn der Airbag aufgeblasen wurde oder wie viele Personen angeschnallt sind, so dass bekannt ist, wie viele Personen am Unfall beteiligt sind usw.

 

Das Hauptziel besteht darin, sich vorwegzunehmen, um innerhalb eines kürzeren Zeitraums spezifische Sendungen zu senden, wofür eine Koordinierung des gesamten Kommunikationsnetzes erforderlich ist, so dass der Notruf über alle Kanäle und alle Mobilfunkanbieter, über die er vorrangig und kostenlos abgewickelt werden muss, abgewickelt wird.
