Das Projekt Keramische Nanofilterin der Struktur der Biene widerstandsfähig gegen Schmutz für die effiziente Wasseraufbereitung (CERAWATER), finanziert durch das Siebte Rahmenprogramm der EU, hat zusammengebracht in der Universität Cádiz rund 20 Experten für polymetrische Nanofiltration mit dem Ziel, die experimentellen Ergebnisse zu diskutieren und zu analysieren, die innerhalb der verschiedenen Stufen, in denen diese Studie geteilt wurde, erzielt wurden.

 

Das Projekt wird vom Institut für Keramiktechnologien und -systeme (IKTS) Fraunhofer-Institut • die Entwicklung und Erprobung von Umwelttechnologien (TEP-181) sowie von sechs weiteren Partnern aus Finnland, Belgien und Spanien. Großflächige Nanofiltrations-Keramikmembranen Sie gegenüber den traditionellen Wettbewerbs fähigkeiten zu schaffen.

 

Diese Technologie war bisher auf Ultrafiltrationsmembranen beschränkt, aber das europäische Konsortium hat eine neue Membrangeneration entwickelt, indem es neue Technologien einsetzte, die die Trennung von organischem Material und Ionen in ähnlicher Weise wie polymere Nanofiltrations-Membranen ermöglichen. Keramikmembranen haben große Vorteile gegenüber konventionellen Membranen, wie eine höhere chemische, physikalische und thermische Festigkeit sowie eine höhere Schmutzfestigkeit. Im Gegenteil, die zuvor entworfenen hatten eine geringe spezifische Fläche.

 

Im Anschluss an die Analyse der ersten Ergebnisse ihrer Studien besuchten die am Projekt beteiligten Forscher die Potentielle Wasseraufbereitungsstelle (ETAP) Der Berg, eine Einrichtung, die die gesamte Bucht von Cadiz versorgt. An diesem Ort verfügt die Universität von Cadiz über eine Pilotanlage, die weltweit die erste ist, die Nanofiltration Keramikmembranen verwendet, um die Trinkwasserqualität zu studieren und zu verbessern. Darüber hinaus ist diese Pilotanlage aufgrund ihrer Eigenschaften einzigartig, da es sich um eine experimentelle Anlage handelt, die von den Wissenschaftlern der AAU entwickelt wurde, um die Trinkwasserqualität in einer ganzheitlichen Weise zu verbessern und ausschließlich durch erneuerbare Energien angetrieben wird, was sie absolut nachhaltig macht. Darüber hinaus ist die Installation vollständig automatisiert und kann sogar über Mobiltelefone betrieben werden.

 

Nach Überprüfung vor Ort die Funktionsweise der Pilotanlage und die Vielseitigkeit, die sie besitzt, um Experimente mit dieser Art von Membranen zu entwickeln, zeigten die Experten ihre Zufriedenheit über die Anpassung der Anlage an diese neue Technologie, die von den Forschern der AAU durchgeführt wird.
