13/01/2015 - Die Polytechnik von Cartagena, vierte spanische Universität mit der besten Ingenieurforschung

Die Forscher der Polytechnische Universität Cartagena (UPCT) über 3000 wissenschaftliche Veröffentlichungen zwischen 2003 und 2012, die unter den ersten 15 von insgesamt 57 öffentlichen und privaten Universitäten in Bezug auf die Produktivität pro Lehrer. Diese Daten sind im Jahresbericht 'Die spanischen Universitäten' enthalten. Eine autonome Perspektive. 2014', durchgeführt von der Stiftung Wissen und Entwicklung (CYD).

 

In dem kürzlich veröffentlichten Dokument, das den nächsten Zeitraum von 2008 bis 2012 betrachtet, wird die Polytechnique von Cartagena auf Platz 11 gesetzt, um "wissenschaftliche Produktion von Spitzenleistungen mit Führung" zu berechnen. In diesem Abschnitt wird das von anderen Forschern am häufigsten genannte Wissen bewertet.

Darüber hinaus wird die UPCT als vierte Universität mit dem höchsten Anteil an wissenschaftlichen Spitzenleistungen mit führendem Engineering-Bereich, ihr Spezialisierungsgelände, untergebracht.

 

Die Studie stellt die Polytechnik auch unter den ersten 20 Patenten pro Lehrer dar und zeigt außerdem, daß ein Drittel ihrer neuen Doktoren unter 30 Jahre alt sind.

 

Diese Ergebnisse sind in einer Region von Bedeutung, die laut diesem Bericht Mittel für die Forschung im Bereich der Hochschulbildung in Höhe von 35.600 EUR pro Forscher bereitstellt, und zwar nur 57 Prozent des nationalen Durchschnitts (62.200 EUR).
