
La Polytechnische Universität Madrid (UPM), der sich der Bedeutung des Doktorats als Schlüsselelement für die Entwicklung von FuE+i-Aktivitäten bewusst ist, hat beschlossen, eine Internationale Doktorandenschule (EID) für die Verwaltung und Organisation von Doktorandenstudien zu gründen.
Das Zentrum ist von besonderem Interesse für die Projektion der UPM und wird mit anderen Initiativen, die in seinem strategischen Plan enthalten sind, ausgestattet. Die UPM wird die EID als ein weiteres Element in ihrem Ziel der Entwicklung eines originellen, differenzierten, wettbewerbsfähigen und hoch attraktiven Exzellenzangebots nutzen.
Die UPM hat die Madrider Gemeinschaft um die Gründung der Internationalen Doktorandenschule ersucht, die durch den Orden 1360/2015 vom 12. Mai (BOCM vom 28. Mai) des Ministeriums für Bildung, Jugend und Sport genehmigt wurde.
Internationale Ausbildung auf hoher Ebene
Die EID wird sich vor allem mit der Organisation von Ausbildungsmaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit den Doktorandenausbildungen der UPM sowie mit der Verwaltung von besonders strategischen, multidisziplinären und kooperativen Programmen befassen. Sie wird außerdem dazu beitragen, dass Ärzte in die Gesellschaft und in das Produktionssystem in die mit ihrer Ausbildung verbundenen Arbeit einbezogen werden und in ihrem späteren Berufsleben dauerhafte Verbindungen zu ihnen herstellen. Sie wird daher eine internationale und sehr wettbewerbsfähige Ausbildung auf hoher Ebene anbieten, die es künftigen Ärzten erleichtern wird, wichtige Stellen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu besetzen.
Das Ziel, die Förderung junger Wissenschaftler zu verbessern und das Forschungsprofil zu verbessern, beruht auf einem anderen und attraktiveren Angebot als die anderer Institutionen, ohne die bestehenden Stärken zu beeinträchtigen, die auf der industriellen Vernetzung, der Mobilität und der wissenschaftlichen Produktion von bewährter Qualität beruhen, die sich aus der Durchführung der Doktorarbeit ergibt.
