
Das Amt für Luftfahrtingenieure in Spanien (COIAE), am 9. April den Tag "Umsetzung künftiger militärischer Vorschriften für die Lufttüchtigkeit und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Sicherheit" in der Institut für Ingenieurwesen in SpanienMadrid.
Der Tag wird sich mit anderen Themen befassen, wie die Vorschriften umgesetzt werden sollen. PERAM und EMAR, sowohl in privaten Luftfahrtunternehmen als auch im öffentlichen Sektor, und die Unterschiede, die sie im Vergleich zu den früheren Lufttüchtigkeitsvorschriften (der noch geltenden Lufttüchtigkeitsordnung für die Verteidigung) haben.
Die Umsetzung wird eine Anpassung an ein Regulierungssystem nach den EASA-Normen und dem gemeinsamen europäischen Recht bedeuten. Wie sie umgesetzt werden und welche Auswirkungen sie auf die Sicherheit von Luftfahrzeugen haben werden, ist für alle Fachleute in der Branche von größtem Interesse, da sie einen neuen Ansatz in Bezug auf die Instandhaltung und Zertifizierung von spanischen Militärflugzeugen darstellen.
Sie beteiligt sich insbesondere an der Heinrich Díez de Ulzurrun López, stellvertretender Generaldirektor für Industrieaufsicht, Regulierung und Verteidigungsstrategie. Außerdem werden Teilnehmer aus der Größe von Jesus Alonso, Direktor für Geschäftsentwicklung von ISDEFE; Lieutenant Javier Herrero, Vertreter des Lufttüchtigkeitsrats der Bodenarmee; David Quintanilla, Head of Airworthiness - Research&Development von Airbus Helicopters Spanien und Vertreter von Anclael Gruppe von Experten für Wartung, Betrieb und Verteidigung des COIAE.
Nach der Kaffeepause wird Javier Manfredi, Leiter der Lufttüchtigkeitseinheit bei der DGAM, Oberst Salvador Gómez Raya, Leiter der Abteilung Lufttüchtigkeit und Qualitätskontrolle des Luftwaffes-Logistikkommandos, Bartolomé Marqués, stellvertretender Leiter für Experimentierung der INTA und Daniel Cobo, Leiter der Luftwaffe der INDRA-Einheit für Luftwaffe, einschreiten.
Nach diesen Vorträgen wird eine Debatte eröffnet, die Abschlussfeier wird von Estefanía Matesanz, Dekanin des COIAE, geführt. Der Tag wird von ISDEFE, Airbus Helicopters Spanien und CITHE unterstützt.
