Ein kleines Unternehmen in Polen, das Reifen herstellt, hat sich einem österreichischen Forschungsinstitut angeschlossen, um eine umweltfreundliche Lösung für die gebrauchte Reifen. Dieses für alle vorteilhafte Bündnis wurde durch Enterprise Europe Network.
Jacek Orzeł, Vorsitzender des polnischen Kleinunternehmens Orzeł SA, Er verkaufte Reifen an Automobilhersteller und Endverwender und suchte nach einer umweltfreundlicheren und kostengünstigeren Lösung für gebrauchte Reifen.
Die Delegation des Netzwerks an der Universität für Technologie in Lublin kontaktierte FFG, das nationale Forschungsinstitut Österreichs, das den Antrag von Orzeł an die WIL AG weiterleitete.
Dieses kleine Unternehmen in Wien baut schlüsselfertige Reifenrecyclinganlagen weltweit. Beide Unternehmen haben eine Vereinbarung über die Einrichtung einer Recyclingleitung in den Anlagen von Orzeł in Polen unterzeichnet. Die Linie ist jetzt implementiert und in Betrieb, und es wurden acht neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen.
Die recycelten WIL-Gummiteile werden nun an Kunden in ganz Europa verkauft, darunter Hersteller von Sicherheitsmatte und Sporthallen.
Wir profitieren nicht nur von der Erfahrung und dem technischen Know-how von WIL, sondern bieten auch einen Markt für gebrauchte Reifen, so Jacek Orzeł. Robert Weibold, CEO der AG WIL, freut sich ebenfalls über die neue Zusammenarbeit: ● Wir freuen uns auf eine langjährige Zusammenarbeit.
Die neue Linie kann bis zu 15.000 Reifen pro Jahr recyceln, was mehr als 10 Prozent aller recycelten Reifen in Polen entspricht.
