
Forscher der Universität Alicante haben ein zementierendes Material entwickelt, das Nanofasern aus Kohlenstoff in seiner Zusammensetzung, indem Zement zu einem ausgezeichneten Leiter der Elektrizität in der Lage, Funktionen über seine übliche strukturelle Funktion zu entwickeln.
Diese neue Technologie, entwickelt und patentiert die Forschungsgruppe für Mehrfunktions-Treiber-Hormigons Abteilung Bauingenieurwesen AU ermöglicht es unter anderem, dass das Material durch Stromdurchlauf erwärmt wird.
"Die Technologie ermöglicht die Erhitzung von Gebäuden oder die Vermeidung der Bildung von Eisplatten in Infrastruktur, wie z.B. auf Straßen, Straßenstrukturen, Landeplätzen und anderen Elementen," erklärt Professor Pedro Garcés, verantwortlich für die Untersuchung.
"Um als Heizelement eine effektive Zentizy-Verbindung zu erhalten, muss diese eine geringe Widerstandsfähigkeit aufweisen. Dies ist nicht in Ameisen Konventionen zu erreichen, da sie schlechte Stromleiter sind. Es kann jedoch durch die Zugabe von leitfähigen Materialien wie z.B. kohlenstoffhaltigen Materialien erreicht werden," fügt Pedro Garcés hinzu.
Auf diese Weise erhält man eine neue leitfähige Verbindung mit viel interessanteren Eigenschaften, da hält die strukturellen Eigenschaften des Betons und beeinträchtigt nicht die Haltbarkeit der Strukturen selbst.
Dieses neue Produkt hat eine große Vielseitigkeit, da mit ihm eine bestehende Struktur oder Oberfläche bedeckt werden kann und eine thermische Überwachung durch einen kontinuierlichen elektrischen Strom gewährleistet werden kann.
Derzeit hat die Forschungsgruppe Tests entwickelt, um die Technologie in Nudeln mit kohlenstoffhaltigen Materialien zu testen. Diese Prüfungen haben zu sehr befriedigenden Ergebnissen geführt, was optimale Heizeigenschaften des Materials mit minimalem Energieverbrauch ermöglicht.
