Die Regierung arbeitet derzeit einen Vorschlag für eine Ministerordnung aus, mit dem die von den großen Energieverbrauchern gewährten Vergünstigungen erhöht werden sollen, und zwar Störfestigkeit (Klausel des Liefervertrags, durch den die Stromversorgung im Falle eines Systembedarfs unterbrochen werden kann).

 

Diese neue Regelung, die den ITC/2370/2007, den Nutzern, die dem System mehr Energie zur Verfügung stellen und die aufgrund der Funktionsmerkmale ihrer Anlagen derzeit "keine angemessene Vergütung für die Leistung erhalten, die sie dem System zur Verfügung stellen, indem sie zu mehr Sicherheit beitragen."

 

Die neue Regelung wird für die Stromverbraucher gelten Hochspannungsanschlüsse was ihre Energie direkt auf dem Erzeugungsmarkt einstellen, über den Vermarkter oder durch bilaterale Verträge.

 

Bei der Durchführung der Änderung wurden angesichts der Vielfalt der Merkmale der unterbrechbaren Verbraucher sowohl die Kosten für das System als auch die derzeitige Situation der Verbraucher, die diese Dienstleistung erbringen, berücksichtigt.

 

Die jährliche Höchstvergütung für Verbraucher, die diese Option haben, die im Allgemeinen große industrielle Verbraucher und Unternehmen sind, beträgt 35 MWh gegenüber den derzeitigen 20 MWh.

 

Im Jahr 2011 erhielt die Industrie etwa 500 Mio. EUR, 400 EUR im Jahr 2010 und 385 Mio. EUR im Jahr 2009.

 

 

Verbesserung der Energiekosten

 

Diese Verbesserung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der Tatsache, dass die "Unterbrechung" als Instrument zur Lockerung des Systembetriebs eingerichtet wird, das schnelle und effiziente Reaktionen auf mögliche Notsituationen ermöglicht und die Auswirkungen auf die Systemsicherheit minimiert.

 

Industrie rechtfertigt die Änderung der Notwendigkeit, die Bewertung der Erbringung dieser Dienste an den gegenwärtigen Kontext mit geringer Nachfrage anzupassen und anzupassen, indem "den Verbrauchern, die in allen Zeitabschnitten einen höheren Leistungswert erzielen, kontinuierlich und vorhersehbar" vorgeschossen wird.
