Das Technologiezentrum Barcelona Digital und das Rathaus Barcelona werden an einem Pilotprojekt zur Elektromobilität ähnlich dem Bicing teilnehmen und die Lebensfähigkeit eines Netzes von Mietmotorrädern testen, das wie das Bicing und in das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz integriert ist.

 

Barcelona Digital ist ein fortschrittliches Technologiezentrum, das sich auf die Anwendung der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Mobilität und Energie, Medien, Ernährung und Umwelt spezialisiert hat.

 

 

Projekte und ähnliche Maßnahmen

 

Der Pilottest, der im zweiten Halbjahr 2013 durchgeführt wird, ist Teil des europäischen Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Innovationsprojekts (FuE+I) "Molekulare"die den Einsatz von Elektrofahrzeugen in Städten fördern will.

 

Neben Barcelona, das hat 1.200 Elektrofahrzeuge und 900 Ladestellen werden auch an ähnlichen groß angelegten Pilotstudien teilnehmen, die die Städte von Paris, was hat 3.800 Elektrofahrzeuge, y Berlin, mit 6.600 und 300 Ladestationen.

 

Dieselben Quellen haben darauf hingewiesen, dass das Elektrofahrzeug als Schlüsselfaktor für die Lösung von Problemen wie Umweltauswirkungen, Energieverbrauch und Fahrkosten profiliert wird, dass es jedoch gefördert werden muss.

 

Er erklärte ferner, dass diese Tests darauf abzielen, IKT-Dienste (Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien) für Elektrofahrzeuge zu entwickeln, wie z. B. personalisierte Routenassistenten, CO2-Fußabdruckrechner oder die Verwaltung von Stromtransportdiensten.

 

Alle getesteten Dienste müssen in eine offene, vernetzte und intelligente Plattform integriert sein, die die Daten für jedes Fahrzeug erfasst, um sie dann im Hinblick auf die Einführung dieser Mobilitätsmodelle in Großstädten zu analysieren.

 

Das Projekt, das derzeit in der Prüfungsphase ist, ist bereits in Barcelona angelaufen und verfügt über einen Haushalt von 428.000 Euro, von denen die Europäische Union 50 Prozent über das CIP-Programm (Competitiveness and Innovation framework programme 2007-2013) finanziert.

 

 

Molecule-Konsortium

 

Das europäische Konsortium von "Molecules" besteht aus ETRA Y+D, das die Projekte koordiniert, Barcelona Digital Technology Centre; die Stadt Barcelona; MOPeasy (Frankreich); das Berliner Verkehrsinformationszentrum, das deutsche Luft- und Raumfahrtzentrum, das Berlin Senate Department for Urban Development (Deutschland); Going Green (Spanien), POLIS (Belgien) und Greenwheels GmbH (Deutschland).
